Family-friendly 80s detached house in good condition centrally located in Vennesla. There is a short distance to playground, shops, train station and bus. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Zoo by car. Bus to Kristiansand leaves from Vennesla station (about 5 min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Walking distance to the salmon-bearing part of the river Otra.

The house is located on top of Heptekjerr, a construction field 4 kilometers/5 minutes by car from Vennesla city center. Built in 2016, the house is modern and comfortably fits both one or two families.

Velkommen skal dere være! Ønsker dere sørlandsferie i år, så ligger huset vårt perfekt til! Vi ønsker å leie ut til andre barnefamilier, som også kan få glede av dyreparken, fiskebrygga, sørlandssenteret og oppleve sørlandsidyll, dette ligger ca 25 min unna med bil. Barnevennlig plass på «flaten» så det er fint å gå tur i gatene, med 10 min gange til Vennesla sentrum. Butikker, restaurant, bakeri ++. I hagen finner du sandkasse, trampoline, koselig bålplass, rutsje, huske, lekehytte og grill.

Lovely, rich house with soul :) Lawn, terrace with plenty of space. Playground 50 m from the house. Train and bus nearby. Space for 3 cars in the yard. All appliances, washing machine, dryer, broadband, TV. All duvets and pillows are in the house, and bed linen can be rented for NOK 250 per bed and wash afterwards. Good experience with renting over many years. This is our home and we expect to find it in the same condition after rental. Welcome to sun and summer and Sørlandet;) Feel at home!

Vennesla has a diverse offer for all ages. After a 3 min drive you are in Vennesla city center which has shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and eateries. There are several fitness centers, a library, swimming pool, bathing areas, playgrounds and great hiking trails such as Tømmerrenna very close. Setesdalsbanen can also be found within 10 min. Kristiansand city center, Dyreparken, Hamresanden (great beach by the sea), Sørlandssenteret and Høyt og Lavt Klatrepark are between 20 and 30 min away.

Det er også mulig å blåse opp en ekstra madrass ved behov. Ca. 20 minutter med bil til både flyplassen og Kristiansand. Til Dyreparken, IKEA og Norges største kjøpesenter på Sørlandsparken tar det ca. 25 minutter.

Småbruket Lommedalshaugen ligger idyllisk til ved Flakksvann og lakseelven Tovdalselva. Her er det fin uteplass mellom huset og låven, et stort jorde til lek, dyr på gårdene i nabolaget, badekulp i Flakksvann og flotte løyper i naturen for barn og voksne. Stedet passer godt for et par eller for en familie med barn. Sjarmerende, nostalgisk innredning. Huset leies ut i perioden 16.05.-31.08., minimum tre netter.
