We really loved staying at this house. It was comfortable, well equipped and more space than it appears in the photos. We used the downstairs terrace a lot and it was great to sit in the roof terrace watching the harbour. Getting the ferry to Valletta was quick and easy, but there was also plenty to explore in the local area within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again in future trips to Malta

We just had the best time at Klaras place! There was a beautiful sand beach just a 5 min walk away and then lots of rocky ones along that path. There was a lidl close by and lots of mini fruit shops, butchers, fishmongers etc. It’s nice and private with three balcony’s where me and my friends just had the most fun evenings. It’s a close (and cheap) uber ride to both valletta and st julian’s and I would recommend visiting both especially valletta for restaurants and bars. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need to cook and Klara even had little things like make up remover and shower gel handy for us which was such a lovely touch. The inside was spacious and had aircon for the heat. Karla responded so quickly to everything we asked. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

The bedrooms were quiet and dark with air-conditioning, all of which made sleep easy. We had stayed in a very nice/expensive hotel days prior, only a few blocks in, and it was so noisy we barely slept. The location is walkable to every part of Valletta and this spot is perfect for longer stays. There were 4 of us but it easily could have accommodated 6. We are a family, so we also appreciated being able to access our Netflix to watch movies at night. Kitchen was nice, but we chose to eat out and enjoy the local fare. It was convenient having a grocery (Spar) only a couple blocks away to grab fruits and snacks.

We had a truly AMAZING stay at Bebuxxa Farmhouse :)! We were with a group of 12 and were sooo at home here. The large kitchen, the outside aerea with a beautiful pool, grand living room with cosy couches and even a fireplace for which Steve arranged some firewood for us! All the rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. We really loved the view over the green lands and the sea in the background. Sunset and stars were truly mesmerising! When we come back with another group next year we definitely return to Steve's place :)! It's private and luxiourious and homy all together. Steve answered very fast to all our questions and accomodated us really very well. Grazi, grazi :)!!

It is unlikely you will stay anywhere else like this, it is very special. The description and photos are totally accurate. Well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The terrace would have been a lovely place to spend time if the weather had been kinder! Nat responded quickly to any questions and was always helpful. The directions provided made it very easy to find and the key was in the safe. You have to park outside of the old city (part of the charm is virtually no vehicles) but we had no problem parking. Very happy to recommend Nat's house.

We loved our stay! The villa is beautiful and the island is very peaceful. We especially enjoyed the pool and the barbecue! We thought it may be useful to note that the air con system in the villa needs coins to run, so it was useful having cash. It’s a pretty walk to the beach, a short walk away from a square of restaurants/bars and the Church, and a short Uber ride to the ferry port. Very nice apartment well located near the city centre of La Valetta. we had a great time and we highly recommend it. Félix was also very helpful and answered quickly our questions. thank you for having us in Malta. We will come back for sure.

Such a beautiful gem! The place was great - absolutely loved the terrace, sea view, and the pool. Throughout the day you will have both shade and sun at the same time, so you can choose whether you want to be in the sun or shade. Joanne was very helpful, set up an extra mattress for us, in addition to letting us check in early and check out late. Would definitely want to stay here again 🥰

We had a thoroughly great day in St Pauls Bay at this apartment. It was in a quieter part of town, but walking distance to restaurants and busier areas. The apartment itself is well layout and private. We visited with our two year-old, which was difficult with the marble floors and stairs, but was manageable and would stay again. The air conditioning worked well and there was everything needed for light meals and bonus for a coffee machine. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic villa with a breathtaking view and the host was extremely welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay! The place felt very homey and comfortable, a perfect spot to relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made for a very restful experience. Parking was super convenient, right outside the door or just a few steps away. A big bonus for me was the dog park nearby, it was great to have a place so close to take my pup. Jade was very responsive and friendly, which made the experience even better.

Had a wonderful 4 nights here. The farmhouse has a beautiful outdoor space and everything you need there - ideal spot for exploring Gozo. Natasha was the perfect host - super responsive, friendly and gave lots of recommendations of what to do. Couldn’t recommend this property enough!

My second time at dar ix xemx and have already booked a third . My dream home . It’s just amazingly beautiful and untouched . Highly recommended

Stayed for almost a month at the lovely apartment, everything was well laid out & amazing responsive hosts.. Built some great memories in Malta staying here and then wandering into the city ever so often, will definitely consider visiting the island again & booking my stay here..

I had a really nice stay! The house was complete with everything you need, clean and very cozy as well as spacious. It is located in a quiet area, perfect for resting, but at the same time convenient: the bus stops are very close and Paceville can be reached in about 15 minutes. The host was very available at all times, always ready to respond and help with any need. I absolutely recommend it!

Cristina and Lorenzo are amazing hosts! The apartment is lacking in anything, they took care of every detail, the photos already looked beautiful, but the natural is much better. It is very well located, in a very quiet area with garage space. Everything was spotless, very clean and with lots of details that made our stay simply great. Comfortable beds. There was everything in the kitchen (even oil, coffee pods, detergents..), fully stocked and very modern. The terrace is great for relaxing. I recommend this condo 100%. We had a super pleasant stay in Malta and the apartment largely contributed to this beautiful experience. It was perfectly in line with the description, very clean, comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Nothing was missing! The location is also ideal: the accommodation is very well located, within reach of everything, especially by car. There is a Lidl right next door as well as many shops, which is really convenient on a daily basis. The host was great: very responsive, attentive and really caring to make our stay even better. If I had to come back to Malta, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book this place again. Once again, thank you for everything!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Malta. The location, the decor and the view are just beautiful. We lacked nothing. The response time when contacting the host was quick and easy.

Santiago's place was spacious, beautiful and most importantly clean!!! . The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The street below was buslting with restaurants and shops and a very active night life. However, we were up on the 7th Floor and while the sliders to the balcony were closed we didn't hear any of the street noise below! The only down side was the building right next door was doing a major construction renovation. They started jack hammerring around 6:45 am! We do not hold that against Santiago and his apartment at all as that has nothing to do with him. Everything else was terrific . Santiago, thank you for sharing your home with us!

René’s place was perfect for our week in Malta. In a great location with many restaurants nearby. Communication was great and made us feel at home. Would happily stay here again.
