Newly renovated, the flat has two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a top floor balcony boasting some sea views. The flat is in walking distance of Birżebbuġa's tranquil town with its sandy beaches and authentic restaurants. The popular Marsaxlokk fishing village is only 10 mins drive. Beyond this, you find the locals' secret swimming spot 'St Peters Pool'.

The airport is just 5km away.

Beach-Front! Beautiful Highly Finished Penthouse

The penthouse is exactly facing Pretty Bay with an amazing view of the whole beach with an a/c in the main bedroom and in the kitchen. It's 1 min walking distance to all amenities, mini-market, atm, bus stops, pharmacies, and restaurants. It has a big terrace for BBQs, to relax and to enjoy the view. By car, it's 12mins from the Airport, 5mins from Ghar Dalam, and 15mins from Valletta (no traffic). It's located on the fourth floor, 72 steps, no elevator :( BUT the view is worth it :)

Ideal for guest having an early flight or have children that enjoy swimming and spending time playing on the sand. A spacious apartment with the most attracting features being the gorgeous open plan with a view and close to the beach. Located on the 1st floor and guest are allowed to use the lift. The price doesn't include Air conditioner costs.

Alfred was great, checked in at 3.30am and he flagged the taxi down as we nearly missed the address. Clear instructions, nice and friendly, and was aware of the time so was quick. Location was good, 10 minute walk to the beach with the kids and 5 without, nice views of gardens and valleys from the windows. Would definitely go again.

Marsaxlokk close to promenade central cosy house

Lovingly-restored 3-storey traditional townhouse just a few meters from Marsaxxlok's waterfront. The house is peaceful, comfortable, light and airy and has been beaufully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. The top deck with harbour views was perfect for breakfast and late afternoon drinks in the sun. Carmelo and Audrey are fantastic hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. We can definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay here again ourselves!

Samuel has been very attentive and kind during all our journey, he was very nice, the apartment full equipped, there is no lack of amenities, location of the place is excellent, very quiet and relaxed, all private. If you want to visit Malta, this is one of the best places to stay near to the airport and to Birzibugga, he give us the perfect time. Thanks a lot Samuel, hope visit you again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The outdoor area is truly next-level - from the beautiful pool to the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and comfortable lounging areas, it felt like our own private resort. The indoor game room was a great bonus and perfect for evenings or the occasional cloudy day. Everything was spotless and exactly as described (if not better). Communication with Matias was exceptional - he always responded within minutes and was super helpful with any questions we had. This place is perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and just enjoying some quality time. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be coming back

Clara & Vic waren tolle Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war wirklich genauso schön wie auf den Fotos und auch die Umgebung war toll - ein romantisches Fischerdorf. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns auch auf lokale Veranstaltungen und Empfehlungen hingewiesen und damit unseren Urlaub auf Malta zu etwas Besonderem gemacht.
