Quaint little place perfect for 2 with room for more, if needed. Next to the Rose district if travel allows for a walk downtown. Cozy beds and equipped kitchen made for good nights rest and breakfast to get the day started.

Wonderful location. Large back yard for dogs. So easy to get to and so close to everything. Shopping, freeways, eating, Rose District, Bowling center. House feels comfy.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully restored home in Broken Arrow while attending our daughter’s graduation from Rhema Bible Training College, and it was truly a delight. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from elegant furnishings and antique touches to updated amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The house provided plenty of space for our family to relax, gather, and celebrate. The outdoor area was peaceful and well-maintained, adding to the restful atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the Rose District with great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Everything we needed was close by, and getting around was easy. This home helped make a special weekend even more memorable. We’re grateful to the host for creating such a warm and welcoming space. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Broken Arrow/Tulsa area!

We stayed for 6 weeks for business and Mike reached out numerous times to offer to have any items shipped to us during our stay. The neighborhood is nice and it is convenient to anything Tulsa. Will book again if ever in the area. 5 stars for service.

We were in town for a softball tournament and it was about 15 minutes from the park. Perfect location! The only thing I would say is we would have loved to have a garage door opener. We had access to the garage but had to pull out then close the garage and come out the front. Other than that it was great!

Rachel made us feel welcome from the time of booking until our departure. It was a Ritz Carlton experience. Upon arrival the home was clean and had a welcoming smell. The furniture was quality, nicely arranged and comfy, allowing us to feel at home. The home was stocked with all of the necessities that you might need from quality body soap, hand soap, kitchen essentials, loads of board games, books, outdoor games, Wi-Fi and so much more. My family enjoyed our stay and got some quality time together. The home was perfect. You can tell that Rachel and Rick enjoy hosting their home and are awesome at it. My family truly had an awesome time. Thank you for making our reunion a memorable experience. Hope to visit again in the future. We left inspired as we all headed to our destinations.

Absolutely beautiful home! Mark was there to show us around and was so helpful while showing us things about the home. They were very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Truly a gem!

My family as well as my sister and her family traveled to visit our father for Father’s Day. Upon arriving all adults and children were equally mesmerized by the absolute beauty and unique design of this home. The views from every arched door and window are breathtaking. The home is clean and the bathrooms as well as pool and outdoor give small resort vibes. The kitchen is well equipped for a family that absolutely loves to cook. We cooked about 5-6 meals in our two day stay. The Gathering place and trails are all footsteps away!!! We walked the trails and walked down to the gathering place where we enjoyed ice cream and coffee surrounded by nature and beautiful views. Important to note we were also given a quick history of the home as well as information of where everything was located and given local recommendations. Amazing hosts, beautiful villa, and our family can’t wait to return! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful villa, we had a fantastic time!

we had a few issues but Jeremy kept in touch and resolved the issues he also refunded 2 night's which was a significant amount and I really appreciate that professional action. I would definitely stay there again and will definitely spread the word 5 star treatment all the way!!

We gathered with another family for a graduation celebration and found this peaceful home to be worth every penny. The only suggestion we had was concerning the multi- leveled living room-dining areas, which seemed to be a hazard that would be better navigated if marked. The pool was clean, bathrooms were luxurious, and living room area was spacious and inviting for entertaining guests. The exterior patio had plenty of seating, a large backyard for the kids to run, and was well- lit for night time chats with the family. The peaceful neighborhood invitated long walks with gorgeous aged trees. We were tremendously satisfied with our stay!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for celebrating my teenagers birthday party — clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The pool was definitely the highlight and kept the kids entertained for hours. Everything was well-maintained, and the host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend this place for families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

This location was absolutely amazing! Nestled in a quiet, family-oriented community, it was the perfect escape. The home itself was beautifully decorated—every furniture piece and detail felt intentional and well put together. It was a great stay considering its price. Jennifer was responsive and let us check in a bit early. Close to downtown and walkable to route 66 where restaurants are.

This cabin is an amazing little getaway spot. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. It’s great for romantic moments or just enjoying some relaxation! Amazing hosts and amazing place.

We had a very wonderful time relaxing by the lake and fishing. The view from the deck of the lake was beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying here to get away and escape. Trudi was a wonderful host and her poodles were very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. Shaun's home had a well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. It's always challenging to find places that allow pets, the backyard was loved by my two pups. The neighborhood was quiet, and was nice for evening walks. The location is close to shopping, grocery store and many other venues. Shaun was super responsive during a power outage throughout the city, even worked to find us a place if the outage continued--that's a rare thing to have that type of concern! We'd highly recommend staying at this lovely home, that is centrally located in Tulsa.
