We are renting out our 76 sqm, newly-built apartment in Sadelbyn, Åre Björnen. The apartment has a ski-in/ski-out location to, among other things, the Sadelexpressen chairlift that takes you out into the entire Åre ski system. When you arrive at the apartment, you will be met by a lovely terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Åresjön. The apartment has three bedrooms, a large hall, kitchen, living room and two bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. The apartment sleeps 8 and has a travel bed for the little ones. Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

The cabin by Storån

Varmt välkommen till detta unika och lugna boende precis vid Storån. En underbar plats för naturälskaren. Egen brygga finns för den badsugna. Det finns även en eldplats vid ån där man kan grilla och njuta av utsikten. Boendet består av en mindre timmerstuga som trots sin storlek har de flesta bekvämligheter. Har du tur kan du se uttern fånga fisk medan du äter frukost. Storån är en populär plats för flugfiske. Fem minuters promenad från stugan har ni en stor, fin sandstrand vid Ottsjön.

In the evening, you can light a cozy fire in our fireplace or warm yourself in the sauna. From the balcony, you have a view of Renfjället. Private parking and Wi-Fi included. Age limit 25 years, party people are asked to stay away.
