We liked the place very much. it felt like home. Actual apartment is nicer than photos. We will come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

Mine was a great host. The place is very centrally located close to the Galata Tower. The perfect place to start exploring Istanbul for large groups.

The stay was super central to all the historical sites literally a few minutes walk to everything including a bunch of restaurants and great shops. The home itself was even better than pictured super cute and clean with all the amenities listed. Volkan was the best most kind host providing the best recommendations for our stay outside of Istanbul as well and was super helpful during check in even helping us get transportation to and from the airport. I would definitely stay again!

Located in the center of the old city, it is not far from the new and old bus stations, and it is not far from the love sculpture.This building is very beautiful, we live on the fourth floor, there is a large balcony.There is no elevator, so be careful with large suitcases.

The view and balcony of the house were much more beautiful than in the photo, and it was very enjoyable in the morning and evening. The house was very spacious and clean, 6 people can easily have a holiday. The walking distance is also comfortable, there is no steep slope. We stayed one night, we'd like to stay a few more days. Thank you very much.

I stayed a week and it felt like home. Nice and very clean apartment matching the description. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped- I had no problem cooking breakfast for myself. There are a few mini and super markets within a quarter mile from the apartment, so buying water and produce was very easy. Finding a restaurant also was not a problem- too many to choose from. It was nice to have the washer but you will need to either bring or buy the detergent. There is a small drying rack too. Aiya Sofya is maybe a 10 minutes walk away. There is really nothing to complain about. I would certainly stay again at this place.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to both the beach and the charming old town. Maia is a great host — very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. It's perfect for anyone looking to enjoy Batumi’s main attractions while having a quiet, cozy place to relax. Highly recommended! She welcomed us with delicious baklava and a bottle of homemade Georgian wine, produced by her brother — a warm and thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home.

The residence was more than fiction, and it is fascinating, the apartment is clean and close to the sea, and everything is close to you and the neighborhood is quiet at night., we had so much fun! The host was very cooperative and respond quickly .

Great location, very helpful hosts who proactively reached out to help us find the place and the secure parking lot. The place is spotless and just as described. Super walkable from the train station and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Strongly recommended!

Beautiful apartment right across the main areas of Taksim & Istiklal street, you can access the other side easily via the underground pass right at the entrance of the apartment. Amenities in the house is great and adequate, and great for small group or family. they also provided entertainment set which includes streaming services if you need those. love the fact that they had washer AND dryer as well! made it easy for us to handle our laundry. the hosts and their manager are also very responsive during our stay, even tho we texted them close to midnight to help with some of the house details. overall great value for money, wish i had found this apartment sooner, we only found it towards the end of our trip in Istanbul.

For a family with children it's ideal. Quiet, very close to the beach. Responsive host. We will definitely come back.

It was a wonderful stay in this cute apartment! The room was pretty clean and everything was enough. The surrounding area is private that we felt like at home! However, some restaurants, public areas are in 5-7 minutes, that everything is very close! I recommend to stay here:)

Anjin drowns you with warm reception and you can consult it on anything and very cooperative, all services are very close within the neighborhood ( exchange , contact companies, Arab restaurants, groceries containing Arabic products, etc. ) Close to the public street that takes you to any destination you want .

Quite comfortable room in the very epicenter of tourist life in Batumi. I had everything I needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. Communication was fast and informative.

Nice cozy and big studio for a reasonable price. Lived here for more than a month and felt at home! From the balcony you can see the sea and a little city, which pleased the eye :) (not only one building across the street) No one bothered. Thank you Stella for meeting me at check-in and solving all the problems if necessary. Batumi - one love❤️

I liked everything! The place was clean and had everything you need. The balcony has wonderful views of the city and the sea. The sea is very close and there is everything you need nearby. The hostess was available and quick to respond. In general, I recommend!
