We had a wonderful stay. Communication with the host was excellent — very quick, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and everything was clearly explained. The apartment itself is just perfect — ideally located on a quiet street, yet just around the corner from cafes and shops. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, but we were informed about that in advance — and honestly, the beautiful view is worth every step! You're just a short walk from the ferry dock, which makes it easy to explore different parts of Istanbul by boat. There are also many great sights within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you might need, whether for a short or long stay. We combined work and vacation — and working with a view of the Bosphorus was pure joy. We would love to come back!

The weather is cold and does not need air conditioning Host is nice and responsive quickly There is a minor issue unrelated to the house, which is the sound of tanks at night. The villa was great for a 2-day offiste work meeting between 4 colleagues, blended with fun. The villa is very spacious, clean and well appointed with excellent amenities. Host very approachable and helpful. Highly recommended for large groups (up to 8-10 people).

A great place to relax with family. The sea is very close and the passage to it is through a pleasant pine forest. There are no sun loungers on the beach, etc., but the house has an umbrella and a mat. The third bedroom is in a separate room, similar to a living room, on the way to the other two bedrooms. The only thing is that firewood for the grill is not included in the price and we paid an additional 30 lari for it. The price also includes bicycles that you can take for a ride. We took it several times, drove around the neighborhood, but I wouldn't say that there are many interesting places to go. The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.
