A great little condo at a great spot! So close to the chairlifts on the Warm Springs side of Sun Valley! The unit is well-maintained. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch! I loved the balcony and the hot tub!

Our stay in Ketchum was fantastic! The location of this Airbnb couldn't be better—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to enjoy all that the area has to offer. And the views were ven better than we expected! The place itself was wonderful—comfortable, well-appointed, and the perfect home base for our time in Sun Valley. We loved every moment and will definitely hope to stay here again on our next visit!

Ann was extremely communicative through every step of our stay. You can tell she takes pride in her space and cares about her visitors. The unit is conveniently located- two blocks from Ketchum downtown. Easy to leave your car and wander around. Lots of kind, high quality goodies left for us to enjoy upon arrival. While the unit is small, its use of space is smart and the 2 of us never felt cramped. Patio provided nice views and easy access to fresh air. Complex kitty is very friendly and provided a warm welcome. Laundry in complex but not in unit (not a problem for our weekend stay). Great spot for an outing for 2 or solo travel. Don't miss eating at Enoteca!

Such a great place! We had four adults, a teen, a preteen, two 5 year olds and a 2 year old and it was perfect for all of us. Christopher was friendly, proactive and understanding when my toddler ripped a baby book. 🫣

We had a great time at Breanna’s home. Great location, easy to walk around town and the parking spot was a nice bonus!

Beth was a great host! She was incredibly responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations of places to go and things to do in the Sun Valley area. Would definitely stay there again.

What a fantastic base camp for our five days of skiing at Sun Valley. We used the shuttle every day; it was literally one stop/five minutes from the front door to the River Run base. It was also an easy walk to the great restaurants in town. Brendan has outfitted the unit so thoughtfully. It had everything we needed - like an in-unit washer and dryer - and lots of extras, like the boot dryer. We would gladly stay here again!

Great location. walkable to hikes, restaurants and other downtown activities. Hard to find the correct building and know where to park without first going inside to look at the condo numbers. Walls are thin but the building as a whole has very quiet people.

Beautiful place, great location nicely appointed. Extra parking is a bonus.

Thank you to Tim and Heather for allowing our group to stay at their home in Ketchum. We had a fantastic time and were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen of the Airbnb was. For future guests, it’s worth knowing they have everything you may need for a fun ski weekend including a crockpot, a fondue pot, towels for the hot tub, plenty of linens and lots of games and movies. Every question we had was answered immediately and Tim and Heather were incredible at meeting our needs. Thank you again for a weekend full of memories, we hope to come back some day.

Great location to Sun Valley and Ketchum. Hiking, biking, dog parks all within 20 minutes or less from the condo.

We were very happy, close to bus route. value was good. not sure of what was expected due to instructions of a cleaning on the refrigerator. since we paid for a $90 cleaning we only put the sheets in washer and dryer and took the trash out.

Very comfortable for 5 adults and a small dog. WiFi and entertainment easy to connect and set up. Felt right at home. The “Cooks” did not lack for anything. Alternative parking by pool, sauna/hot tub convenient. Easy access to bus stop a short walk. A car needed to get into Ketchum for shopping/ restaurants and to visit SV Lodge amenities. Easy to keep clean and simple checkout instructions. Great unit for the price. Also, great summer location as well.

Great quiet, beautiful location. Condo was comfortable, very kid friendly and a great location for everything we wanted to do in the area. Hosts were super helpful and responsive!

Wonderful and cozy place for our ski holiday. Kitchen was well stocked and we ate most meals in at the big dining table. Warm fire place and comfortable furniture in family room. Bedrooms are downstairs on the ground floor with the two masters having sliding doors out to a deck. Beautiful trees and scenery when the blinds are open. Cindy and Howard were helpful and easy to communicate with.

Our stay was perfect! The Airbnb was so cute, nice, clean and cozy. Kadee was super responsive and communicative - all of the instructions were very clear and easy to navigate! The kitchen was stocked with coffee, sweetener and popcorn, and Kadee offered some left over drinks in the fridge! The bedrooms were so cute and SUPER comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Kyle's place was fantastic! The proximity to lift access was amazing. The condo is very well furnished, the afternoon sun on the deck was amazing, and check-in and check-out was easy. Kyle was very communicative and proactive, especially with some of the logistical challenges due to the World Cup ski races that were happening during our visit. We loved the local recommendations! We would most certainly stay here again during our next visit to Sun Valley!

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place close to Bald Mountain. This condo was the perfect place for my wife and I. It is literally the closest place to Bald mountain. It was a quick and easy walk to and from the mountain via the walking/bike trail. (5minute walk). The view out the window of Bald mountain was beautiful. The place was as advertised, nice and spacious for the two of us. The kitchen was stocked with every kitchen utensil needed to make meals. Bed was comfortable and we slept great. Washer and dryer came in handy. Lynn was an awesome host, she reponded to any questions we had pretty fast. We would definitly stay here again!

Great place to stay with 2 tweens/teens so we could all have our own space and bathrooms. Was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Priced very reasonably compared to other options. Short walk to buses into town and to mountains. Would have liked access to Lodge amenities, but the Inn's pool was fine for the stay. Having a working fireplace was lovely. Would stay again and definitely recommend!
