Updated top floor condo is a few minutes walk from the historic Sun Valley Resort. Fantastic view of Baldy ski/bike mountain and surrounding mountain from the inside of the condo as well as the deck. 2 bath (hard to find) 1 bedroom with King bed and also a Murphy Queen bed in common area. Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, there is not an elevator so please be comfortable climbing stairs :)

The unit has two stories and a small patio on the back. The minimum stay is 2 nights but if you can stay 3 nights or longer, you will start getting discount.
