Holiday rentals with a patio in Blansko District

The apartment in person looks even better than in the pictures. The place is quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing about the location is that is right by the Luzanky park, perfect for walks and exercise. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. Drahomir is always at reach and is very friendly. There is an elevator on the building, but you do need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the apartments floor, but it’s fine. The place is cozy, with a functional kitchen and a beautiful washroom. The place is well lit, and there are plenty of lights inside. I definitely think the place is worth the stay and would come here again.

Great little place to stay in Brno.

Velmi pěkný byt. Příjezd perfektně zorganizován. Skvělý výhled na město, panoramatická okna. Přítomnost klimatizace. Bylo zde vše, co jsme potřebovali pro pohodlný pobyt. S potěšením přijedeme znovu, můžeme doporučit!

I enjoyed my stay at Martin's apartment. It was simple place but just what I needed. It was in a safe part of town and there were shops and public transport nearby. The instructions for check in were very comprehensive and easy to follow. Martin was always very responsive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Brno

Truly a _perfect_ AirBnB, very clean and well-maintained, cozy and functionally furnished, and just a very short drive from Brno exhibition centre, which was where we were headed. Despite a small misunderstanding about our arrival time, Standa was very quick to reply when contacted to make sure we can get in quickly. The parking situation needs a little getting used to – in this street, you can park for free between 6AM-5PM. Outside of these hours, you have to pay via EasyPark. If the app works for you, it is actually very easy, but unfortunately, it kept displaying error messages for us, and we had to use their website, where you have to enter the parking zone manually, and it doesn't know automatically which hours are subject to fees, and which are free. If you don't need your car right there all the time, there's several paid garages a short walk away!

Ubytování bylo naprosto skvělé. Určitě to nebylo naposled a koupelna vyhrává!

Pobyt jsme si s přáteli velmi užili, nádherné místo, luxusní ubytování, příjemný majitel.

Majoitus oli sopiva meidän kolmen hengen ryhmälle. Majoitukseen mahtuu mukavasti myös huomattavasti isompi ryhmä.

Great historical place right in the heart of Litomysl. The house has a great spirit of the old town. also, it was nice and cool for the hot summer days!

Jsem člověk co nikdy nepíše hodnocení, ale toto ubytování si hodnocení prostě zaslouží… Opravdu nádherné, luxusní, moderní a čisté ubytování. Kompletně vybavená kuchyně vším co si dokážete představit. Ubytování opravdu dokonale čisté. Velmi kvalitní vybavení a nábytek. Zkrátka 10/10 není jediná věc, co bych mohl vytknout. Doporučuji 👍

Ubytování bylo nove, čiste. všechno bylo v pořádku. Nejvíce jsme si užívali terasu s krásným výhledem. Hostitelka velmi mila a vždy k dispozici. Není to vytknout, dekujeme!

Velký dům s velkou zahradou na kraji klidné vesničky - sice u silnice, ale nejezdí zde moc aut ani nechodí moc lidí. Dům krásně uklizený, čistý, vybavený vším potřebným i pro delší pobyt (ocenili jsme hlavně vybavení kuchyně a pračku, venkovní i vnitřní sušák na prádlo, sítě v oknech). Uvnitř i pár her, knížek, časopisů a hraček pro děti. Venku menší kryté posezení, dvě lehátka, gril, ohniště, možnost natrhat si zralé ovoce, bylinky, hned za plotem se pasou ovečky. Přímo ve vesnici menší hřiště pro děti a hospůdka otevřená přes víkend. Blízko zajímavé turistické cíle. Hostitel velmi milý, vstřícný, sám se zajímal, jak se nám u něj líbí a zda je vše v pořádku, vždy rychle reagoval a nebyl problém se na čemkoli domluvit (a že jsme tentokrát nebyli zrovna nenároční hosté ;-)

Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání :) Dům byl krásně čistý, útulný a nadstandardně vybavený. Nic nám nechybělo ani při vaření. Moc se nám líbil i dětský koutek. Paní hostitelka byla velmi milá a vstřícná, komunikace proběhla úplně bez problémů. Rozhodně se rádi vrátíme.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Auch, dass direkt neben dem Haus mehrere kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind, hat es uns sehr einfach gemacht. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We made a mistake when booking but Petra was so kind to help us through and allowed us to have a great weekend in Brno! I can recommend this place to everyone, everything was on point and the view, what a view! It’s been a while since I slept watching the stars in such a cozy terrace. I will definitely come back in the upcoming months again. Is one of those few places that I cannot stressed how lucky we were to find it! Thank you Petra! Zed

Ubytování jsme si moc užili i s miminkem, klidná lokalita ,krásný výhled na kostel a panorama. M+D+V

The accommodation was great, as per pictures and description: the kitchen has all necessary tools for a quick dinner, and bedroom is spacious. Location is quiet and going to city centre is relatively quick, also supermarket are nearby.

Ubytování bylo podle představ, dokonce jsme byli i mile překvapeni, co všechno ubytování nabízelo a jak vypadalo. Určitě se rádi vrátíme. Skvělé bylo, že k ubytování byly i jasné a stručné pokyny k ubytování. Moc děkujeme za příjemný pobyt a budeme se těšit příště.

Excellent stay, the apartment was exactly as described, and even better. Super clean, had everything you can think of, including stuff for our little kid. Location in walkable distance from the historical city centre, in a wonderful, peaceful neighbourhood. It can be a bit tricky to find parking nearby late in the evening, but that's normal, I guess. All in all, this is the closest you can get to the hypothetical perfect stay.

Ubytování bylo velmi čisté. Krásný a moderně vybavený malý byt, který zcela splnil naše očekávání. Dobrá dostupnost MHD a rychlé spojení do centra města bylo velkou výhodou. Hostitel reagoval promtně a přišel nám osobně byt předat. Vše bylo bezproblémové.
