Bright and sunny with high-beamed ceilings, a stone staircase and marble corridor, it also features a lovely glass 'verrière' overlooking an interior courtyard.

The 73 m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old building, without an elevator, on Île Saint-Laurent, a lively area of Chalon, where there are restaurants and breweries. 🔐You'll be able to access the apartment through a secure key lockbox system, which will allow you to check yourself in!
