Whether hiking, skiing or mountain biking, whether recreation or adventure, the private property offers the all-round package in the middle of one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Europe. The Sonnenkopf and St. Anton are very close. Even the traditional Way of St. James leads in the middle of the property.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

In Raggal, the holiday home Knusperhäuschen Höfen-Hüsle offers a wonderful panoramic view over the valley, with its picturesque villages, to the Swiss mountains. The holiday home is a listed building, as it is already 350 years old. In 2009 it was partially renovated. The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room with a pellet stove, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.
