Quiet, clean, and comfortable! We had a great stay - the location was so convenient, the house was so comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a really lovely stay away from home. Our pups had plenty of space and Patrick was so lovely, leaving well wishes and local recommendations on the whiteboard.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Christopher’s home was the perfect location for all we wanted to do in KC. It’s easy to find, and was just right for our family gathering. Our doggy was in love with the big fenced in yard. It is an old home with much character and charm, but clean, comfortable and well stocked! The air conditioning worked great, even upstairs was very comfortable in the hot and humid weather we had. We would definitely stay again if the chance arises!

My family of five really appreciated having such a nice home! Entire home was decorated nicely. Appliances were new and in great shape. Home was located well for easy access in interstate and things to see in town. Coming from rural Iowa, listening to traffic at night took some time to get used to. Not enough of a deterrent to stay at the home though! Would definitely rent again!

What a great stay in KC! My sister and I were in town for a weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The pictures and description of the home are accurate and it exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the screened back porch - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed. Scott was wonderful to communicate with and was able to accommodate our request to check-in an hour early. We'll definitely try to reserve this great spot again!

Appreciate this host tenfolds! It was in perfect location, walkable to really cool restaurants, safe, and comfortable. The fenced in yard was wonderful for my fur buddies and appreciated the ease knowing they were welcome. I would recommend this location and would also want to stay here again if we are back in KC for baseball tournaments! Thanks John!

This little house is straight out of a storybook—seriously, it’s giving storybook cottage meets vintage charm. Bigger than it looks in the photos, super cozy, and full of character in the best way. The bed? Cloud-like. The vibe? Immaculate. I wanted to curl up with a book and never leave. Every room had its own personality, and I kept finding cute little details that made me smile. AND that back deck-Heaven morning & night. 10/10 would move in if they’d let me. 🥰

my little 5yr old boy and I loved Brian's place! he set up the inflatables for my son to play outside and we had a blast. we also had some much needed peaceful downtime in this inviting and comfy space. My son also caught his first firefly in the backyard that lights up with them in the evening. Beautiful memories made. Everything we needed was supplied, the space was very clean, and comfortable. Brian was extremely helpful during our stay, too. What a terrific spot! We hope to visit again.

Great home that’s just as advertised! Beautiful and clean. The location is perfect proximity to the downtown area and the host left great recommendations for places to eat and things to do nearby. Highly recommend.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

We was in with my family at the hospital from out of town. When we arrived at the air bnb it made us feel like we was at home. Definitely going to look at Lance’s place again. We really enjoyed the balcony view and living room area where we could hang out like we was at home. Definitely worth the money and fast WiFi so I could work remote!

Our family of 16 had an amazing stay at this home! It was incredibly spacious—no one ever felt crowded—and perfectly set up for a large group. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone and made the stay feel like a true getaway. There were plenty of common areas for meals and games, and each room was comfortable and private. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for large families or groups looking for a relaxing and fun space!

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

Gloria’s place was amazing!! Clean, close to a lot of restaurants/bars, there is even a little doggie park on the 2nd floor which was so helpful if you’re traveling with your furry friend. Our trip was very short, so we didn’t get to use the pool, which was a bummer. Hopefully next time! Would stay here again :)

Hosts were very friendly greeting us outside when we arrived and saying goodbye when we left. We enjoyed a nice, quiet and restful weekend. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

This was our 12th year anniversary trip. My husband and I would definitely be returning for another vacation. The cozy cottage was very comfortable. Also it’s located in a great neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants to explore. There’s a train track located in the back of the house that runs frequently but that didn’t bother us at all. It was a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Thank you Larissa !!

My kids came from out of town to visit and we rented this lovely home for them. It was perfect. There was plenty of room for them, three of their boys and their three dogs. It was nicely decorated, perfectly clean and comfortable. I would definitely do it again.

Loved that they had 3 king beds, made sleeping comfortable for all! Close to a lot of places to eat and close to family which was great!

This accommodation was perfect for our family including our 3-year-old grandson. Lots of room to relax. Big, well equipped kitchen. Nice, quiet neighborhood at the end of a residential street. The house is located very near the train tracks but we quickly got used to the sound of the train passing by. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood in the mornings and into downtown Lee’s Summit to enjoy the local restaurants. Be sure to check out the Whistle Stop Cafe and Konrad’s restaurant. The front porch swing was a lovely touch and we took full advantage of that feature. We can highly recommend this location!

Eric and his family went above and beyond! Had a last-minute issue with another Airbnb and Eric was nothing but helpful. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to stay near Kansas City! Great house and great host

I loved staying in The Kit! I stayed for 6 nights and found it perfect for me and my dog. Although it is a tiny home cabin, it felt very spacious. The place was spotless clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! Oh and I very much appreciated the snacks waiting for me when I arrived! Note that The Kit does not have a coffee maker, but there is an electric tea pot to boil water with if you need. I always bring my Kuerig coffee maker with me anyway and enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the lovely porch. It was a great place and I would totally stay there again.

Easy place to get to. Perfect for a short overnight stay. Stairs are quite steep and difficult for an elderly dog to climb but grateful they made the place affordable to stay with a dog.

This place is really nice if you and a big group are wanting to go to Kansas City for a week or a long weekend. Very spacious and felt like home. Beds were super comfortable, and Dylan was very responsive about instructions, and anything we needed help with. I would definitely come back to this location the next time I come up to Kansas City.
