Comfortable Apartment in North/Central Omaha

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

super bright first floor condo with amazing windowed sunroom, laminate and ceramic tile throughout, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer , new IKEA furniture ,super comfy new in 2023 hybrid queen mattress and platform bed frame, soft sheets , ceiling fan, old school brick building with a ton of charm (built in 1913).. wifi, tv with a roku and old school atari video game console, full kitchen , secured access, amazing courtyard with common area. new in 2023 washer/dryer refreshed in 2024

Step into a private and cozy space. Relax watching TV in bed or on the couch. This place is part of our walk out basement, so you may hear day to day living upstairs. For your safety there is a Ring camera installed at the entrance and will light up the entryway when it’s dark. Parking is on the well lit public street. Easily walk up our dedicated Airbnb sidewalk, no steps, walk around to the back of the house. You’ll be in a serene space that makes you feel right at home.
