Watch for deer, wild turkeys, and even a black squirrel as you sit on the back deck enjoying an early morning cup of coffee, or perhaps a glass of iced lemonade or tea in the evening. Oak Aven Acres offers a wide variety of trees that are home to many species of birds and other animals.

The Juni Suite

Enjoy a clean and stylish experience in the Juni Suite. Cook all your meals in the well equipped kitchenette, soak it up in the deep bathtub, and stay warm by the fireplace. A queen size memory foam bed and blackout roller shades will help you sleep soundly. The convertible sofa is easy to expand to a full size. Protect your vehicle in the off-street covered parking stall which is only a short walk to the entrance (7 stairs up and 13 down). Close to Union College/Shops.

We welcome you to the small town of Bern, Kansas. This modern, charming apartment invites you to experience small town living. Everything you need is in our apartment . The kitchen has all major appliances, dishes and many small appliances. You are welcome to use the town's nearby fitness facility. A washer and dryer is just a few steps away. The Bern Cafe serves lunch M-F and dinner on Sunday evening. Other services are just a 15 minute drive away.

The Antler Cabin guest house is located in an agricultural setting near Marysville, KS. It’s a 20x60 spacious open floor plan cabin with full kitchen and full bath. It’s a great place for families, sportsmen, or business groups to stay. Rustic living with modern amenities. 5 minutes from Marysville, KS. Owner lives in a separate house on property. No pets or smoking/vaping. No service/training pets allowed. Owner has asthma and is allergic to dogs.

This cottage is about 5 miles south of Lincoln, NE. It has a single bed with a pull out trundle bed underneath on the main floor with 2 lofts that each have a single bed. You go up a ladder to reach the lofts. Kitchen has stove, refrigerator and sink. Bathroom has shower and toilet. Country setting.
