The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is in a great location, in front of Boa Viagem beach. It was all very clean and organized. The kitchen is well equipped. Vilma is an excellent host! I highly recommend.

I rented the apartment for my parents and they simply loved it, the description is totally true, the location is very good, it has everything nearby. The apartment was very clean, especially the bed linen, which was very clean and fragrant.

I felt right at home, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with top quality accessories. Rodrigo was very receptive, always friendly and gave me several recommendations on restaurants and what to do and explore in the neighborhood and in the city. The apartment is one block from Boa Viagem beach, with a sea view and a detail of a fixed sofa on the balcony, which was where I meditated every morning. I can only thank you and recommend it.

It was wonderful, the view is really indecipherable, you have to see it in person to understand. It has a terrace with an infinity pool facing the sea that is simply perfect. There is a market and a gym on the roof terrace as well. A few minutes' walk from the apartment, there is a beach bar with snacks, a charming old church and a McDonalds. If you don't mind walking a little further, there is a shopping mall and supermarkets. You can visit tourist spots such as Uber's Ground Zero. The apartment is great and functional, it has everything you need to prepare something quick if you need to. Juliana was very charming, she helped us a lot on the last day of the trip with all the support and sympathy. She made up for every minute!

The apartment is really exciting, we felt at home and we could see the care with every detail, and that makes all the difference. And what a wonderful view! Well located, the condominium is complete, the apartment is well equipped, extra towels, everything is very clean and we didn't miss anything. My family and I had an amazing time at Carel’s place! Amazing views with walkable restaurants and bar nearby. Close to the mall for shopping. Carel and his team were super responsive with anything we needed. Would certainly stay here again

The space is exactly as described and matches the photos in the listing. Parking is available on-site. The property is spacious and ventilated. The location is good and there is a kiosk in front of the building. There's a little noise on the avenue outside, but nothing that compromises. The price is good for everything it offers. In short, I would definitely stay again.

It was my second time staying on this ap and I only have compliments, I will always return that I can ! Da p p irando pro shopping Recife, Praia e Tb has a supermarket just crossing the avenue. It has nearby restaurants and tb a gym in front of the building. The staff of the tb building are mto cordiais. The apartment is comfortable and spacious mto, exactly as in the pictures and tb has a mini market with more basic and essential things. The communication was super quiet and friendly with Mrs. Gertrudes, mto pessoas Fina!
