IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

La casa cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños. Espacioso living, con barra, comedor y comedor diario y amplia cocina completa. También una gran galería con parrillero, mucho espacio verde y estanque de campo para bañarse. Cómo mencióne anteriormenten el campo tiene salida al rio Rosario con muelle y rampa para bajar embarcaciones.

Cuenta con ropa de cama, toallas, sombrilla, sillas playeras, productos de aseo personal y limpieza. El costo de electricidad es adicional. Se mide el consumo a la entrada y a la salida. Espacio tranquilo, rodeado de vegetación, a 200mts de la playa.

It is perfect for hiking or cycling, it has 2 bikes. With Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. 20 minutes from Colonia and 2 hours from Montev. Local bus or 3 km from R 1. Possibility of transfer by car from Cologne or free route coordinating with our available schedules It is NOT a container.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

The nights are magnificent, which you can enjoy with a campfire and observe the stars mixed among the treetops, the sunrise next to the birdsong, all this will make you feel part of this unique place. It's a house that has life and a lot of love!

Santa Casa, historic neighborhood

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.

Casa del Rio, fishing and sports.

It is a house that is in a ranch, with a natural and wild setting, but with a well-kept space, beautiful to sit near the Ceibo tree to read and enjoy the sun and the birds. The area is well-kept, and has a boat or kayak ramp. You can swim in the river, but it's a good idea to use a float. It's the perfect place to spend a quarantine or a few days away from the city.
