The apartment has a very good location, inside it is as in the photos, and meets all the basic needs with all its details. It is ideal to be, the only thing that disliked me is that they do not have an inverter and then when the light went we were dark for hours ( I take online lessons and had to go out to another place where there was electricity ) . But despite that it was a very good experience.

5 stars – Beautiful Apartment & Great Host! I had a fantastic stay at Juan Antonio’s apartment in Piantini, Santo Domingo. The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. Juan Antonio was incredibly responsive and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the mall and nearby grocery stores, which made everything super convenient. Whether you’re in town for business or relaxation, this spot is perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning again soon. Highly recommended!

I am very happy to have chosen this apartment for my stay in Santo Domingo, it is a very private, safe and comfortable place. It is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is super decorated and well maintained, all the appliances are new and work perfectly, the air conditioning is perfect, and it has a generator, in case of a power outage in the sector. About the host, I can tell you that she has 1000 stars in communication and customer service, 100% support during your stay in any situation that arises, while you are staying at her airbnb. Perfect location, close to all the malls and entertainment centers in Santo Domingo. If I return to the Dominican Republic, I would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. the place is nice and comfortable lots of space the view is beautiful the terrace you could just sit and relax. supermarket is close there a restaurant next to the place with they have good food we enjoy that. now if you have knee problems or can't go up stairs than this place is not for you. other wise we loved it there was 5 of us in the apartment only one of the room don't have air-conditioned the other 2 have.

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

Everytime I'm in Santo Domingo I stay at Jormy's. I highly recommend him as a great host and his home is very nice in a very quiet safe neighborhood. 5 stars as always!

My stay was peaceful. I had a responsive, responsible and friendly host who was proactive in meeting my expectations. I needed a flexible check in and it was no problem. It was nice to meet some basic things like water in the fridge.I had the house cleaned by the workers there and even a beer before I left. The location was great and there are loads of local amenities. I want to that the host for a lovely stay and hassle free experience

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!

It’s in a great location, secure building with friendly staff. Balcony view was amazing , Host was always on point and very responsive when I needed something. The area is walkable and you will find a lot to do. Not far from amazing restaurants, la zona colonial, Boca chica, 30 mins away from the airport. I highly recommend this place!

The perfect place to visit as a couple, everything very tidy and impeccable, the best part is the terrace and the private jacuzzi, the facilities in perfect condition. I would return without hesitation.

Everything went well and the host was always available. He provided extra sheets and was friendly and kind. Apartment is close to everything and super spacious. Recommend!
