Holiday rentals with beach access in Bodden Town

Liz's place was the absolute best! The unit was immaculate and was stocked with all of the amenities we could have ever needed. When we arrived she even had a gift basket of local treats for us, they were great! Liz was extremely responsive to all of our questions and helped advise us on activities and restaurants during our stay. Since this was our first time to Grand Cayman we found it to be extremely helpful. The location was perfect for our family of 4. The unit is located right on Spotts Beach where we could be in the ocean within minutes to snorkel with the turtles, sting rays, and fish and is still only a short drive from any activity or beach we wanted to visit on the island. We had a wonderful time and we can't wait to come back again and stay with Liz!

Having dove Ambergris Caye Belize and Roatan Honduras in ‘24, Grand Cayman was up next and a first for me. A dive shop referral from folks in Roatan in hand, all I needed was to secure flights and accommodations. I quickly landed on Sean and Christina’s studio at The Grove on Seven Mile Beach, and booked it immediately having that good feeling. It was everything I hoped for and much more. Seven Mile Beach was across the street. The Grove, had everything you need, with fine dining for all meals, a well-stocked mini mart, gym, boutiques, etc. Their studio was bright, sunny, and adorably decorated with a simple island vibe. Everything you need it has from well equipped kitchen, wash and dryer, walk in shower, great AC and Wi-Fi. They didn’t miss a thing, providing beach chairs, umbrella and loads of towels and starter coffee! We had such a wonderful experience staying here! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, peaceful, and super comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Monika went above and beyond in every way. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and her recommendations for local restaurants and activities were spot-on and really helped us make the most of our time on the island. What made it extra special was the thoughtful Easter treat she put together for our boys—it was such a sweet surprise and really showed how much she cares about her guests. We felt so welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

if you're looking at this place, you're extremely fortunate to have found the best stay in grand cayman. Joyceann is incredibly sweet, a wonderful communicator, and her place was stunningly gorgeous. I can't say enough good things about this airbnb. Probably the prettiest, most well kept place my wife, infant son, and I have ever stayed at. Do yourself a favor and book this now for as long as possible! We can't wait to come back. that was one of the most magical weeks of our life, largely in part to the incredible airbnb with views, comfy beds, and perfect in every way.

Beautiful place! Very clean and an amazing view! The home was spotless from the towels to the linens. Very close to many good restaurants and shopping! The extra amenities were the perfect finishing touch and so thoughtful! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great communication and instructions!

A very nice condo. Ceiling fans everywhere so that the AC did not have to be set very low. Comfortable king bed in the main bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 nice pools a short stroll away. Plenty of parking. Close enough to walk to Camana Bay and nice restaurants. The beach is narrow but at that end of 7 mile beach, all of it is like that from storms. There is enough room to sit in the sand and go in the ocean unlike some nearby places that have a rocky beach. We would be happy to stay there again.

The condo and location were truly amazing. We had a wonderful stay, comfortable accommodations for a family of 5 and Gianrico was a great host. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the water is right in your backyard. The Rum Point Beach Club is right next door which is an easy spot to grab lunch or dinner. Rum Point in general was beautiful and serene and The Retreat is a really nice complex all around. We loved our stay there and hope to make it back!

This is the second time we have booked Kayla's space and couldnt have been happier. She is very responsive and very helpful, will be using her lovely place for all of our guest who need to spend a few days in Grand Cayman!

The location was quiet and safe. The kitchen was equipped with everything that is needed to cook any kind of meal. The only items needed were personal toiletries, all other cleaning supplies, bathroom tissues etc were provided. AC worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable with crisp clean sheets and pillows. Would gladly return in future visits.

The house was beautiful and clean. The host responded quickly and we had no issues. The view was incredible and within walking distance of a nice beach and restaurant. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful! Worth every penny!

I was on island for a quick trip. This end-unit townhouse was spotless, modern, conveniently located and our host was friendly, responsive and proactive. Highly recommended!

Nice spacious place for two people. We only had one minor issue with an unintentionally locked door and Shellie was immediately responsive and had it fixed within an hour. the place was well equipped with everything needed. Weather was windy while we were there but that's not their fault. Great communication!

We had a wonderful stay at Whispering Cay. The house and surrounding area is as beautiful as the photos! Mitzie has great information about the local area and things to do. The final touch is the amazing rum cake waiting for you when you arrive at the house.

Kate and Nick’s place was a beautiful, amazing place to spend our week in Cayman. Peaceful and just outside of the busy Seven Mile area, a short drive to great restaurants and shops. Very accommodating, our flight was delayed a day and Kate & Nick were kind enough to let us stay an additional day. I look forward to our next trip and would love to stay here again.

The house was great for our group of 9 adults. It was very relaxing and had a beautiful view. We lived the pool overlooking the ocean. We had an issue after check-in and Sonya, the property manager, was great. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled, even coming herself to the home at 9pm that night to take care of us. We loved that the home and beach were private. It was about a 25 minute drive to 7 mile beach and 25 minutes to Run Point (unless you get in weekday work traffic). There is a great grocery store and many good restaurants nearby as well. The kitchen and outdoor grill was great for cooking at the home as well. The beach is very natural and lots of sharp edges and sea urchins, so water shoes are a must if you choose to venture out. We barely did, but took a catamaran cruise one day and spent another day at 7 mile beach. It was great and we would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! While it is far away from the 7 mile beach, we were so happy to be away from the e hustle and bustle. It is a short drive from rum point which is a nice beach area. The snorkeling right in front of the house was fun, and the hike provided all the gear we needed! Host was incredibly responsive! We would love to stay again in the future!

This condo is a slice of heaven. From the moment you open the door you are greeted with a stunning view of the ocean and Seven Mile beach. The condo is very clean and has a breezy, beach feel throughout. The balcony overlooks the beach and a lovely grass area, with a romantic corner off to the side which is perfect for enjoying your favourite champagne and strawberries. The beach itself is pristine with lovely loungers (no plastic here). The water is crystal clear and while there are some rocky areas (which offer great snorkelling), you can walk smoothly into the ocean and immerse yourself for hours in the water. The condo grounds are beautiful kept, with tropical flowers and shrubbery. Jayne was a wonderful host and always quick to reply. Fosters grocery store and Jacques Scott liquor shop offered everything we needed during our stay. We look forward to returning to this Grand Cayman paradise.

Reno and Agata were super supportive of our requests. Great location and very comfortable. The AC was refreshing after a day in the heat. They had all amenities to make a stay comfortable. The beach is steps from the place along with shopping stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend Cocoplum! This was our third visit to Grand Cayman. We've always stayed at the big hotel chain resorts, but this time we decided to try Air B&B. This place looked too good to be true on the app because the pictures looked amazing, and I was nervous it wouldn't be as good as expected. But it exceeded all our expectations! The owner Louie was extremely kind and friendly. The cleaning lady Grace was so thoughtful. We walked into an emaculately clean condo. The view of the beach from the porch felt like paradise. We came with our two kids ages 9 and 5, and pretty much had the pool and beach to ourselves 95% of the time. The setting is like a little slice of heaven, so peaceful and beautiful. Great snorkeling! Sunset view! Easy access to all the great restaurants. We would love to stay here again. FYI: Make sure to bring water shoes because the beach & ocean floor is very rocky and shelly, but water shoes make it a non issue! Wonderful hospitality!

We loved the condo, the location, the decorations, and the landscaping of the complex. The condo had everything and more for what we needed. It had every possible amenity, utensils, soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, internet...the list goes on and on. The location was extremely convenient to the beach, food, and other places nearby. We would absolutely consider staying here again next time.

Colin was an exceptional host. Our flight arriving got delayed a full day so Colin allowed us to extend our reservation to make up for our lost day of vacation. Very kind of him. The home was beautiful, provided everything you need and was very clean. We were not at all affected by the noise construction next door. I would highly recommend this property. Location is near alot of great restaurants and smb isnt far.

We had an amazing staycation at Suladdas apartment, it had everything that we were looking for and it was situated in an exceptional location, beach front, restaurants near by, easy access to main road and grocery stores, and the most important thing very clean. We’ll definitely recommend it to families that are looking for a place to stay at Cayman Islands 🇰🇾. We’ll come back soon 🫶🏼

Easy to get there and get in (it's a key code - no need to keep up with a key). Place is beautiful. Shower water does go from hot to cold a lot though. Great view from the very roomy balcony - pictures are accurate. Plenty of storage. High chair, and also some beach gear to use. They provide a great guide book. Good restaurants within walking distance, plus the pool bar/restaurant is good too. Cove is a 1-minute walk an has a breakwater, which allows for easy snorkeling. You can still see some good creatures (I saw a stingray). It's about a 10-minute beach walk south to a shipwreck directly off the coast (~30 feet), and the ship is partly above water - easy swim/snorkel, bring good water shoes (lots of craggy/sharp rocks). Not much for beachcombing, but there's a little. 15 minutes from West Bay, 45 minutes from Rum Point. All in all, a great place to stay. If we come back to Grand Cayman, we'll definitely to try get this place if it fits our schedule!
