Welcome to our pleasant studio in Rønvika, Bodø The apartment is about 35 sqm, located on the ground floor of our single-family home and has a separate entrance. Here you will find bedrooms, living room and a kitchenette in one and the same room. In addition to a large bathroom with a washing machine and tumble. Only 8 minutes drive from Bodø airport. The area is quiet and kid-friendly. Short distance to grocery store, hiking trails and playground. 20 min to walk to the city center and commercial park (City Nord), 5 min to the nearest bus stop.

NB 1 : in the living room there is a sofa bed with a length of about 170. Otherwise there is a big double bed/or two single beds, as well as two single mattresses in the bedroom. Can accommodate 4 adults, but must be a little flexible and stay a little cramped! NB 2: in this yard lives a family with 5 children, 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 10 ducks, 10 turkeys, 15 quails and 50 free range hens (including roosters).

The apartment is suitable for couples or if you want to come alone. Access to exercise equipment, and work desk, as well as free WiFi/wifi. EV charger available on property, used upon agreement.

Sofa also possible for any 3rd person. Also movable guest bed. There are also available bedrooms in the other part of the building, but use of this must be specifically agreed upon.

Located a stone's throw from the forest and field, short distance to the bus and shop. 15 min by car from the city center and airport. Free parking, and elevator in the building! The apartment has 1 double bed and a single bed, equipped with single duvets. Extra guests are possible on an extra bed or sofa, but must be agreed in beforehand. Pets are welcome, but should not be in furniture! A dog lives here as usual.

Kort vei til hurtigbåt, tog og Aspmyra fotballst. Leiligheten er moderne innredet og velutstyrt. Innglasset balkong hvor glassene enkelt kan åpnes. Her kan man kan nyte stillheten og innseilingen til Bodø. Gode solforhold.
