Welcome to our pleasant studio in Rønvika, Bodø The apartment is about 35 sqm, located on the ground floor of our single-family home and has a separate entrance. Here you will find bedrooms, living room and a kitchenette in one and the same room. In addition to a large bathroom with a washing machine and tumble. Only 8 minutes drive from Bodø airport. The area is quiet and kid-friendly. Short distance to grocery store, hiking trails and playground. 20 min to walk to the city center and commercial park (City Nord), 5 min to the nearest bus stop.

NB 1 : in the living room there is a sofa bed with a length of about 170. Otherwise there is a big double bed/or two single beds, as well as two single mattresses in the bedroom. Can accommodate 4 adults, but must be a little flexible and stay a little cramped! NB 2: in this yard lives a family with 5 children, 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 10 ducks, 10 turkeys, 15 quails and 50 free range hens (including roosters).

Sofa also possible for any 3rd person. Also movable guest bed. There are also available bedrooms in the other part of the building, but use of this must be specifically agreed upon.

Det tar ca 12 min å gå til Bodø sentrum som er en fin tur langs strandpromenaden. Byen byr på mange flotte restauranter, kafeer, kulturhus og butikker. Kort vei til hurtigbåt, tog og Aspmyra fotballst. Leiligheten er moderne innredet og velutstyrt. Innglasset balkong hvor glassene enkelt kan åpnes. Her kan man kan nyte stillheten og innseilingen til Bodø. Gode solforhold.

This is a newly restored barn completed in the summer of 2023. We have taken care of as much as possible of the old, and combined it with the new. This makes the barn a completely unique place, with a soul. 1st floor consists of hallway, bathroom with toilet and shower, hobby room, two bedrooms. The 2nd floor consists of an open solution, where part is the "main hall" with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, and a cosy sofa section. All rooms are well equipped.
