Comfortable place for a relaxing stay in the area. Located in a very quiet place compared to noisy beach line, feels very safe and nicely rural. Ozge who oversaw my check-in/out was a pleasure to work with, and allowed for plenty of flexibility. Appreciate everything!

They were very helpful during my stay. It was a clean and beautiful place. Especially the fact that the bagel bakery was very close, it was a great pleasure to start the day with fresh bagels and tea every morning. I would like to thank them very much for their hospitality, smiling faces, and for quickly resolving my questions. It was a stay I was satisfied with.

With the information that Mari sent us in advance, we found the place very well. The villa is in a quiet street and we have always found a parking space right in front. The area is very quiet and pleasant. Smaller shops and the beach can be reached on foot via stairs. We especially loved the view of Kos and the pool. Also the Local Beach is very nice. The city center of Turgutreis is a few minutes by car. There are larger grocery stores and plenty of choice at restaurants. The view of the islands there is one of the most beautiful in the Aegais. She communication with Mari was great, always fast, helpful and super nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Thanks to Ms. Bedriye, she was very kind and helpful, and the house is quite sufficient and full price performance. If I were to come back to the basement, I would like to stay in the same place again.

We stayed with a friend and my dog for 1 week to get away from Istanbul and relax. The house is incredibly pleasant, you can enjoy the terrace on every floor with a perfect view. If you're into the kitchen, there's everything from A to Z. You can stay in this great location without thinking in summer and winter, we recommend.

Especially until we settled in the house and after settling in, the approach and support of the host, Mr. Hakan, was incredible. We had a very comfortable holiday as a family. We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

had a great stay, just a 5/10 min walk down hill to seafront ,we got taxi bk. set 200 liras around town. loal shop delivered essentials to us, water milk butter bread eggs. Just wats app them ( number on a fridge magnet) came with in 15mins. villa was spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds, beautiful furniture, though we sat outside most of the time and only in the kitchen. pool guy came twice,he was very polite and friendly. we are all looking forward to using villa leila again in the near future. would highly recommend the villa to a group of ladies like us .

The house is very nice and the pool and garden are very pleasant. The house is located 3-4 minutes from the center of Gundogan. An active road passes in front of the house, sometimes the sounds of vehicles can be disturbing, in addition, the house is about 20-25 stairs, and I find it useful for future people to know this. In summary, the entire house and garden are very pleasant and comfortable. The proximity to the center and the sea is very nice. Same as in the photos.

Beautiful sea view home from the entire house, just like you're looking at a painting all day. You can hear the sea throughout the day, from your bedroom you will be cradled to sleep. The location of the house offers a lot of privacy and ensures a lot of tranquility. The house is well equipped with all the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable. Cemil and Nilgun are sweet caring helpful tenants. Are ready via various channels ( physically, by phone) to make your stay as pleasant as possible in all kinds of ways. We felt so at home, it was a homecoming. Very unfortunate that we couldn't stay there longer. Private pier has a small cafeteria run by a friendly family, the sea comes in different colors Azure blue, it is clean and cared for. Bay is surrounded by Beautiful gardens and residential complexes. The location is very nice, the view is amazing, very close to the center of Yalikavak, the pool and the house were generally clean, we received very quick support when we had 1-2 questions.

Great location, great host. We enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended.

Communication with the host was very fast, the location of the house was very nice, the location of the house was that the kitchen utensils were missing, but when we communicated this to our host, they renovated a few things when we told our host, the kitchen utensils need to change, we did not have any problems in the house, we did not have any problems in the house in a very pleasant beautiful location, there is no water shortage in the house, everything is working in the house, it is impossible to find a place on its own beach near the sea and unfortunately the sea was not clean, but we did not want to go to the place without a car, the car is in a very large compound. You are very well rested and relaxed. If you want to keep quiet or have fun, the neighbors have a lot of sweet people are a full summer site. I definitely won't get bored if I stay for 3 months☺️

This is one of the best villas I’ve stayed at. The location was like paradise with the private beach just for the villa complex being spotless and had crystal clear water. Our host was very accommodating and him and his wife- Denise were just wonderful people to be around. The atmosphere was out of this world and the edition was right next door allowing for some music! There is also many many rooms (4) so it’s perfect for a family just like we did.

The site we stayed in was very nice and the house was clean, there was a beach within a 2 minute walk of the site. There was an accommodation experience that we enjoyed a lot in terms of home. We recommend that we are comfortable,if we are on our way again, there was a place we would want to stay again.

It was a really cute place, very central. And the surroundings weren't expensive at all, they told me the sea wasn't beautiful, but I think the sea was also very beautiful, I know the sea, go with peace of mind, I don't like everything, if I like it, it's comfortable
