Beachfront holiday rentals in Türkiye

Had an amazing time at this beautiful villa! The villa was exactly like the pictures, looked brand new, very clean, spacious with a ton of amenities. My family was greeted by the caretaker and his family who helped us with our luggage, had some food ready for us with a bottle of wine. He showed us where everything was, showed us how to use the amenities and told us where the grocery stores were. Before we arrived Huma answered all my questions, and I had many, and was gracious enough to help us find transport from the airport as we had a large family. She told us where the best restaurants and beaches were and was very welcoming and forthcoming with information. Kalkan is a gorgeous place to visit and this villa sis perfect!!

It was great to stay alone with my Labrador son at Mr. Murat's house, we had a comfortable and peaceful experience as if we were in our own house. Mr. Murat and his assistant Mr. Oğuz took care of us throughout the stay, and I would like to thank them separately. The apartment had everything I needed, it was a new, stylish and clean house. The view was magnificent, the location was central.The beach has fine sand and a clean sea with a blue flag. You can access the beach by walking just two steps down from the apartment. If you don't want to walk, the Buggy service is available anytime, anywhere. You can also use all the facilities of the hotel next door for an extra fee. The hotel does not accept pets, but the Residence section is quite pet-friendly, there is a rule to walk them on a leash within the site. It is also very well thought out that there is a special area reserved for children with feet at the very end of the beach. I plan to repeat it as soon as possible. The only negative side was the loud show programs of the hotel next door every evening, we took your drink and accompanied you from the balcony :))

House is great. It is very well equipped and clean. But the most important thing is the terrace and the view. It is even difficult to explain how beautiful the view from the house is. The area around is very quiet. You can hear only the sea and the birds (and in our case rain;). And the plants around… unbelieveble. The access to the rocky beach is an amazing thing. The beach seems to be shared with 2 other houses. It is true what other people wrote that some people don’t respect the fact that this is a private area and they are coming above the gate to catch fish. But it didn’t bother us at all. It was maybe 2-3 people per day, so not a crowd;). We loved it there and we already made a reservation for the next time.

Of course, here is the more organized and fluent version: --- I have stayed in Kaş many times before, but this is the first time I have chosen this area and frankly, I am much more satisfied. You can reach the center in a short time, such as 5-10 minutes, by car; in this way, you can easily visit the center and stay in a peaceful location away from the crowd. Having a parking lot is also a great advantage, you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. Everything you might need in the house has been thought of and the garden is really wonderful. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

Cannot recommend this place enough! My husband and l loved staying here! Hikmet was extremely hospitable to us and made us feel very welcome in the beautiful Turkish countryside. Her neighbors invited us to eat authentic Turkish food the first night, which was so good! The cottage was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and the views were so beautiful. I wasn't feeling well for a couple of the days that we were there and Hikmet took such good care of us. She brought me some herbal tea and soup which was so good. You won't find a better place with a more wonderful host if you’re looking for a cozy, comfortable and authentic getaway in Turkey!

Very nice view, I recommend

We had a group of 7 and this house was perfect. The pool was amazing, the private dock was excellent. There are 2 beach clubs for beach dining and 2 restaurants right next door and we enjoyed visiting them daily. There is an excellent and inexpensive bus to get in to town that comes daily just up the hill. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to come back and see all of our new friends. We would definitely stay here again.

It is only 5 minutes by car from the center of Kaş. Very close to Büyükçakıl beach. The house is perfectly designed. Each room had spacious beds and bathrooms. The pool is very nice. 8 people are very comfortable and we had a very good holiday. The cleanliness was excellent. We always reached Ms. Merve very easily. The next time I come to Kas, I will stay in this house again without thinking.

The house is beautiful, tidy and clean. It has 4 rooms, three of which have air conditioners, a large air-conditioned hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a dryer and four bathrooms. The resident only needs a private car to get around.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

We had an amazing time and wished we could have stayed longer. It is an absolutely gorgeous house and incredible view. What a find. 100000% recommend!

Villa Nilla was absolutely amazing. Very spacious and tastefully decorated with beautiful views and gorgeous swimming pool. It was spotlessly clean and really well equipped with everything you could think of. Our host Mehemet couldn’t do enough for us. He collected us from airport and brought us back for our return flight. On arrival to the Villa we found he had stocked the fridge with all the essentials and sweet treats. We have been doing air BnB for several years now and Mehemet is by far the best host we have ever had. He went above and beyond. We highly recommend Villa Nilla for your stay in Kalkan. We will definitely be going back some day.

Anne-Marie was the ultimate host, extremely kind and responsive and welcoming. We stayed for one week as a family of 6 and just loved the villa and its peaceful location. We had private access to the beach and the swimming pool was fantastic. We can’t wait to book again. Thank you! Hospitality was wonderful

The location, design, and view of the house were magnificent. I stayed with my family for 3 nights and we felt like we were at home, I wish our vacation could have been longer, we would have had more accommodation. The villa was as it appeared in the photos, I can say that there was nothing missing, there was more. Mr. Cem was very friendly and helpful. In short, everything was perfect, we were very pleased, we plan to go again next year.

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay with Bedirhan! He was super responsive and helpful. He greeted us personally, showing us around the apartment when we arrived. The apartment itself is in a perfect location to explore the city.

Everything was very nice, the interest and closeness of the hosts made us feel as if we were in our own home. The house facilities are also quite sufficient, especially the 3 bathrooms and the garden was very comfortable. The site has its own beach, but the showers and toilets were not open when we went, so we couldn't use it, but it was within walking distance of the house, and it was quite clean and enjoyable. A pleasant location where you can go as a family, very close to Alaçatı and Çeşme, we were very pleased :)

Serhat is really an excellent host. He took care of us. Transfer from our arrival to Alanya, breakfast dropped off at the door. The apartment is clean, very well equipped. Pool, sauna, beach less than 5 minutes' walk. Shops nearby. The best.

It was a very enjoyable holiday for us. Söğüt is definitely the most beautiful place to swim in the sea. The view was very peaceful, the sea was perfect. There was everything we needed in the kitchen, and when something was missing, they helped us immediately, everyone was very caring. We are very satisfied with everything, thank you very much, we would love to stay again when we come to Söğüt again.

Everything was very nice. 10-minute walk to Kalkan center. You can swim in the sea within the site and it is a wonderful site. I would prefer it if I came again
