Tout s’est super bien passé durant ces 13 jours sur place, le logement est très bien équipé , cuisine complète avec tout ce qu’il faut, tout le nécessaire sur place, laveuse / sécheuse bien utile !! L’environnement est très beau, Sylvain a un grand jardin très agréable, il y a un petit parc proche , au bord de l’eau pour de petites balades, le vieux Terrebonne est à 10mn de voiture, Montréal et Laval sont très proche par les autoroutes. Le seul petit reproche est la route en avant vraiment très passante . Je veux aussi souligner la propreté exemplaire du logement avec serviettes et draps de qualité. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit , et Sylvain , qui loge juste à côté, est un hôte vraiment sympathique.

The apartment was in a great location . Easy to find. Very neat and tidy. Quiet neighborhood. I rented it because it was close to my brother's house. Easy access to get on the highway. Check in and out was very easy. I was given clear instructions. Restaurants near by. I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Yelena’s place! From the start, communication was seamless, she responded incredibly quickly and was always so kind and polite. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at Minh’s place! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a family so much easier. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and kind throughout. We especially appreciated the small touches that were added such as towels, kitchen items, etc. I highly recommend this spot for families. I would stay here again!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. Tout étais parfait! Si vous y aller avec des jeunes enfants il y a même des vélos et autres jouets pour les plus petits! L’emplacement est parfait! Proche d’une épicerie et de plusieurs autre magasins! Si nous devons retourner dans ce coins nous reprenions cette maison assurément!

The place was absolutely perfect! Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area. You won’t be disappointed everything was on point and made for a great stay. I would definitely book again! The property also features a beautiful relaxing area and a very nice pool, making it ideal for unwinding. It’s a great spot to invite family and friends for a nice BBQ and enjoy quality time together. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish!

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

Our family of four had a great stay at Jason’s place. The property was spacious and clean. The sauna was a nice bonus! We paid for the parking spot associated with the unit, which was helpful for our needs, but also noticed that even on a busy weekend, parking on the street was easily available. Jason was very accommodating, responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay at Drolet the next time we are in Montreal.

Tout était parfait! Très propre! L’hôte se soucie vraiment de notre confort. Il a proposé tout de suite d’ouvrir la thermopompe alors qu’on ne s’était même pas plaint de la chaleur! C’est possible de traverser le pont jusqu’au vieux St-Jean à pied où il y a une panoplie de restaurants et d’activités à faire. Je recommande vivement!

In addition, Erik's very detailed instructions for every detail, from parking to entering the apartment, reduced our stress when arriving in an unfamiliar environment. I can highly recommend this place to any family that wants to have a nice place to stay during their stay in Montreal.
