Outdoor space to enjoy - including propane firepit & 2 cruiser bikes and Pacman arcade console to enjoy! 5 blocks from BSU; 10 min bike ride from downtown; 5 min drive to Trader Joes, and Whole Foods. 2 Q beds, 1 bath - all set for 4, but comfortably 2 guests is best. Owners love the local scene and will leave a sample of a local beer or wine for your enjoyment during a stay of 3+ nights.

Floyd's is a lovely no-frills duplex, essentials only, getaway a few blocks away from Downtown Boise. Walk/ride to restaurants, breweries, shops, grocery stores, or to the famous Fancy Freez diner across the road. The home offers modern furnishings, fast wifi, a smart TV with access to your favorite entertainment apps, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen! The Boise River Greenbelt & the Ridge to River Trail system are both a short distance away offering miles of walking and biking paths!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and well-located 2 bedroom home. The neighborhood feels rural and quiet, yet you are a 5 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown! The yards in both the front and back are available for you. Sometimes I will be on the property for lawn maintenance or gardening in the yards. My house is pet friendly and a $20 per pet pet fee does apply.
