The house is quite new, spacious and comfortable to rest and share. Excellent host.

We had to spontaneously book a night and Ricardo's place allowed us to check in independently at 3 o'clock at night. In addition, the property is close to the bus terminal. That was perfect!! In addition, the accommodation was also well equipped, even with a hair dryer! Everything very new and very clean! We loved it!

The place is perfect for getting to know the historic center of Sucre. It is easy to get anywhere, there are good restaurants nearby and it is a short distance from the terminal. You don't hear noise from the street, the beds are suitable for resting, the terrace is chill and the kitchen is cool. The bathroom is downstairs but it's not a problem, it's private. The Host is great, has good communication and is very friendly. For the price, it is highly recommended!!!!!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We were 2 people. The building is very beautiful, there is security 24hs. The area is also very nice. We walk in the area and super well. The beautiful and spacious apartment. Complete crockery for cooking. We went to work and the cowork space is very nice too. The apartment's internet worked well, very good connection. It has a beautiful terrace with nice views of the city. We stayed for 9 days, they made us replace sheets and towels. Mirka was very friendly, always responded quickly and helped us with our inquiries. They gave us recommendations as well. I was able to check in early because my flight arrived very early. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very well located, steps from a great variety of restaurants in an area that felt quite safe and pleasant. It is a studio apartment, small, but very comfortable and with a nice balcony, in general everything super with the place.

No doubt a modern apartment, in a quiet area and with the comforts I was looking for! it is in an area with beautiful views especially to the cristo de la concord, a supermarket in the same block and those who like to walk is not far from the city center. Felt like my own apartment, a comfortable experience in a beautiful city

We had a lovely stay at Jose's place. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well set up in terms of facilities. The views are exceptional out three sides of the building. The neighbourhood is also good. Would recommend to anyone.
