Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

A completely renovated house 100 meters from Lake Bolmen with a large patio with sun all day and views of the amazing Lake Bolmen. Pier and swimming area are of course on the property, as well as the possibility to rent a boat from the host. Bolmen is a lake known for its fine water, good fishing and its many islands. At Sunnaryds Gård we breed Gotland sheep and on the land there is a high population of fallow deer. 700 meters from the accommodation there is a padel court, boules courts, football pitch, outdoor gym and multi-sports arena.

Cottage 127 sqm with old-fashioned charm but modern equipment. Sheets and towels are included or provided for SEK 130 or EUR 13/set. Book before arrival and pay in cash. Cleaning is NOT included. Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.
