Genuine Småland cottage near Lake Bolmen

Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Older mostly newly renovated house, with space at the moment for 2 adults possibly some child. Located by large lake area with fishing, swimming and access to 2 canoes. Call before you want to use canoes for safety. The house has access to shower, toilet, kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom. You have your own parking and small garden with patio and grill. 15 minutes to the city of Laholm, small nice shop 3 km, long sandy beach by the sea about 20 minutes, hiking trails, winter Vallåsen downhill skiing, salmon fishing in Lagan.

Modern stuga vid sjö med idyllisk utsikt och nära till naturen. I huset finns alla bekvämligheter i modernt kök med grytor, stekpannor, skålar, fat, bestick och porslin, badrum med dusch, TV, Wifi, och inglasat uterum med sjöutsikt. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Slappna av i ett unikt och lugnt boende med tillgång till egen strand och bad. Möjlighet till fiske. Roddbåt 440 cm för 4 pers ingår. Båtmotor 5HK kan hyras, pris vid förfrågan. Minst 18 år och gästen blir ersättningsskyldig vid skada.

Close to the lake with wonderful nature around the corner

Ett fint litet hus på landsbygden perfekt för 2 personer med 1 barn. Huset ligger med skog, svamp, bär och sjö runt husknuten. Fiskekort löses på på plats, båt finns att hyra 150 kr per dag. Närhet till skid och aktivitetsanläggningar. Möjlighet att hyra vedeldad badtunna 2 dagar 1000 kr. Huset ligger i anslutning till vårt boningshus med tillgång till stor trädgård med frigående höns. Scenic modern country house

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Guest house with fantastic views close to nature

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.
