Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Welcome to our charming, family friendly farmhouse built in 1840. Situated on a hill with unobstructed views of Burgundy, this is the perfect spot for endless relaxation, inspiration and fun moments! Located 2 hours from Paris and in close proximity to many charming villages and medium sized towns. Enjoy activities for all ages such as forest walks, swimming at the nearby lake, wine tasting, hiking, tree climbing etc Boulangery, charcuterie, supermarket and wine bar at 3 km from the house.

Moi-même et Simba avons vécu ici heureux pendant un certain temps et tout a été fait sur mesure, selon mes goûts (app 1er étage) Niché à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville et 5 minutes de la gare, cet hébergement vous offrira je l'espère une expérience remarquable pour ceux qui recherchent confort, style et commodité. C'est au rendez de chaussée du château de Mimont à flan de mont que nous vous proposons un appartement original ( entrée indépendante) par sa vue exceptionnelle, le tout dans un parc arboré avec de rares essences et une forêt de plusieurs hectares. Le logement est fonctionnel, tout équipé, idéal pour un week-end au vert ou encore un endroit sympa qui change de l'hôtel pour travailler randonnée, tennis, ping-pong, natation ( attention piscines non chauffées et donc fermées de septembre à avril)

Country house overlooking the Amognes

Country house, very spacious (108 m²) ideal for 4 to 5 people, quiet, large private garden with panoramic views of Amognes. very large master bedroom (30 m²) and beautiful living rooms. 20 minutes from Nevers, 30 minutes from the Nivernais Canal, you can practice a large number of activities (Merle or Baye pond, walks, cycling, hiking, fishing, local markets, kart, Magny-Cours). bakery 6 minutes away, shops 10 minutes away. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Cozy cottage by the water

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
