Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Small mansion located on the heights of the Vaux d'Amognes. A relaxing stay for everyone, where you can enjoy the view of the countryside from the 2 gardens. Children and adults will have a large bedroom and games room in the attic with toilet on the 2nd floor and a brand new shower. Large bedroom, office and bathroom on the first floor. Living room and large kitchen with pantry and toilet on the ground floor. Central heating and wood-burning stove in the living room

Nice 27 m2 duplex, completely renovated, mixing modern and old. It has a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an upstairs bedroom and a terrace (you may meet Suzie our adorable dog). There is old parquet flooring and period tiles. The apartment is attached to our house. Located in the city center in the Colbert district, a 2-minute walk from the hyper center. Free parking is a 1-minute walk away.

Cozy cottage by the water

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
