Holiday rentals with a patio in Bonbeach

Great little flat in Windsor/St Kilda area, with a tram stop right outside and another a few minutes walk away, to get into the city. Owner was very kind and responsive, made the stay easier and stress free. Would stay again if in Melbourne again!

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

The apartment was very comfortable, beautiful views particularly at sunset but also early morning with large balconies to enjoy it from, and an easy walk down to the beach. Parking in the building is great. Everything was clean and well looked after, and there were helpful pantry and fridge supplies. The beds were very comfortable, and nice modern bathrooms. Access to the highway to explore is very easy.

This home was a gem . Very spacious , comfortable and clean with plenty of heating and cooling if you need . Lovely linen and a spacious backyard & table tennis to amuse the little ones . Great position for our family event , close to the local pub & cafes . The host even supplied a few extra treats for breakfast. Amazing would definitely stay again. Thank you

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The place had beautiful furnishings, was spotless and actually even better than the photos. We especially loved spending evenings around the fire pit and had a blast with the table tennis table. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful find in the middle of Noble Park! Such a beautiful home with thoughtful touches throughout and perfect as I was travelling with two little ones. The cupboard full of toys was a delight as it kept the kids entertained for ages. The place is maintained perfectly and honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed at! Super comfortable and will definitely stay again if I’m needing to stay in the sth eastern suburbs. Thanks Chandi, you’re a wonderful host.

Such a beautiful spot to stay at if you’re looking to feel relaxed and at home after a day exploring, or even just to enjoy the home itself! By far the best Air b n b we have stayed in! Would highly recommend for two couples or a family. The home was very dog friendly too! Best part of all was the hot tub overlooking the trees!

went here with our tiny family and can't fully explain how great our stay was. we were tremendously sad we had to leave - it literally felt like home. the house was perfect for us with amazing views and everything you could want and need. the lounge room was comfortable and very spacious - low maintenance too. the kitchen was perfect - not too big or small and had everything at arm's reach. the bedrooms were great especially the main bedroom with that balcony and amazing views. out the back - the greatest view which just made you feel relaxed and was like therapy. it was close to everything - never been at a place before where you can literally walk to the shops in less then two minutes and have everything there at your doorstep step. everyone was friendly from the neighbours to the locals and everyone at the shops and restaurants. truly have not had a better experience then this. we will definitely be back - impossible to leave!

Great location near the beach, Mordialloc Creek, shops, and restaurants! Worked really well for our purposes. Our rental Camry was just able to fit in the small parking space, and there was ample free parking on Beach Rd.

Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as same as picture. It’s extremely clean, close to CBD train station, and there are many restaurants around.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.
