Private and cozy house! 650m from the ferry!

The house is comfortable, pleasant and cozy! House in excellent location! (3 blocks from Main Avenue). It's 400 yards from the ferry. You will have quick access to the southern beaches as well as the northern beaches. We are close to the gas station, supermarket, shops and restaurants. We live in the main house, we have + a lodging in this private place (only the garage and the flights of stairs are shared) . The space has access on the side of the house, portao and a parking space!

There are only 6 units, on two plots: Sea side: TWO CHALETS facing the pool, with a view of the sea and a hot tub. Mountain side: condominium with QUATRO CASAS with whirlpool (this listing) does not have a sea view, access to the pool with an incredible view!
