We stayed here from Friday to Sunday for a quick getaway from the city, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The host was amazing - super responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. He met us at the house when we arrived, gave us a quick tour, and was always available for any questions. The house itself was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It felt like home right away. One of the highlights was picking fresh veggies from his garden for our barbecue! The air was fresh and noticeably cooler than in the city, which made it even more relaxing. There are trails nearby, plus lots of rivers and water spots to explore or just sit by and enjoy the view. The space is generous, perfect for a group of friends like us, but I could easily see it being great for families too. And with the beautiful views around, we ended up having most of our meals outside. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and recharge close to nature.

It was a quiet residential area, so it was nice to stay, and thanks to the kind and thoughtful host, I was able to stay more comfortably!! I was surprised that you prepared it so well. The small gifts, snacks, and drinks were also great!!! 🙌🏻

It was quiet and sunny, so it was so nice. I really like going with my dog. The host was very kind, and it was nice to have a valley nearby.

I was more than satisfied! :-) 10 relatives from their father's side, ranging from their 30s to 60s, and 1 small puppy used it, and they all praised the accommodation, saying they chose it well.☺️ Even though I looked at the photos and reviews carefully, it felt more spacious and tidy than I imagined. It was really comfortable to play together in the living room, and to sleep quietly in the room. The accommodation was clean, and the bedding was well prepared. The fridge is also big! Above all, the surroundings were mountains, so the scenery was beautiful, and it was nice to be able to play comfortably with each other~ Thank you for being so kind to me whenever I asked questions. I'll visit you again if I travel to Wonju.🤗

5-year-olds and 7-year-olds ran around and played without a care. Especially the second floor felt like an attic, so they used it as their own hideout and had a good time, It was steep and slippery to run outside, but I saw a rabbit, and I was playing on the swing, not knowing the time. I opened the front door and the deck door and turned the ceiling fan, and it was like a paradise. There are plenty of tableware, but there are a few dirty ones mixed in, so you should wash them thoroughly before use. I think it was because of the oil. Seasonings are provided, but I recommend you bring them just in case! It didn't smell from the blanket, and I liked the fluffy feeling. If you are a beginner driver, park at the bottom and walk up even if it is difficult~ Two families leave with their young friends, making happy memories. Oh, right! It was so nice because there weren't as many bugs as I thought there would be~ Maybe it's because it's clean ^^

I went there with four people, and it was more emotional to see than the photos, and the accommodation was very nice! The outdoor tent facility also has a stove, so I enjoyed it without being cold! The accommodation was very clean and the interior was so well decorated that it was a very memorable trip. Everyone in my group said it was a place I want to visit again next time ~ I used it well!! If I come to Wonju, I'll visit again next time ~😁

Before arriving, I was able to find it easily because you told me in detail about the location - It was neat, and the yard was clean and spacious, so Gang-ju loved it and played around! I think it's a great place for families to come!

I travel with two dogs often, and this was the best accommodation. There was a lot of consideration for the dog, and it was really clean and everything was satisfactory.

I arrived late at night, but I was even more grateful that you came out and guided me. I had breakfast on the terrace for two days, and the kids loved watching the swallows on the eaves. ^^

It was a wonderful experience to live in a forest where you feel very close to nature. The hosts were amazing and always available for help. The road towards the pension was a little bit narrow and confusing (especially the last 1-2 km), so careful driving is required.

The host was so kind and the room was clean. I want to visit again with my kids!

I always come to Gangwon this time because of my family and the holy mausoleum, but my mom says she likes the accommodation because it's the best thing I've done this year ^ ^;; It's such a great place to bring adults. The yard was beautiful, the barbecue was nice, and it was nice to provide a mat, not just a hard duvet. Thanks to you, everyone slept comfortably! I plan to come again next year.

It will vary from person to person, but I think we are the best accommodation so far ~ You ~ ~ It was clean and the tableware in the washing machine and dryer were well maintained, so there was no inconvenience at all. It was the best accommodation where the host's thoughtful consideration permeated the whole house ~ ^ ^ If you're looking for a secluded and quiet place, I think it's definitely the best accommodation ~♡♡♡

Definitely worth going to as a group as you’ll be the only ones staying there! Beautiful scenic view and lovely dogs as well :) Althought it was a shame that the pool wasn’t a proper pool (came to everyone’s knee level or even lower) the host provided tubes and beach balls. Would go back again!

It was good in every way for 4 adults to stay. The view of the river is good, and the barbecue and facilities are perfectly prepared, so I really enjoyed it. Before giving birth, I was able to make good memories by talking about things like this and that while being on fire with my family members. I want to stay again when I come to Hoengseong!!!!

It is a pension that feels like a clean and tidy room condition and a rural villa. It was nice that the owner took good care of it. It's a pity that it's been quite old, but it has everything you need. It's a little far from the ski resort, and the way in is a little rough.

What a great place!! It’s exactly as pictured, but I was surprised by the spaciousness and all the small details that went into the stay. The couple that runs this Airbnb clearly put a lot of effort into making this stay a comfortable, aesthetic, and memorable place! The heated blanket on the bed & heaters in both the tent and kitchen kept us very warm even in the winter. Other small details that blew us away included the incense, portable lanterns, an antique speaker, and a fire color changing powder for the campfire. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed for our meals. You must bring your own water and food. One thing to note is that there are no hand towels or napkins in the bathroom nor kitchen so I would highly recommend at least bringing paper towels to dry your hands and dishes. We didn’t get to spend time in the town but from what we could tell, everyone was very kind and there’s a lot of exploring you can do in the area. I’d recommend bringing a car so you can drive yourself around town as it’s difficult to get a taxi, but when we ran into an issue the host was kind enough to call a taxi for us. Overall such a cute, clean and fun experience!!

I booked the accommodation in a hurry on the same day, but it was nice that you confirmed it and responded quickly!!Even though I arrived at the accommodation late at night, they came out right away, so I was able to check in quickly!!It was cold, but the room was turned on in advance, and the boiler temperature was raised in case it was cold when I slept, so I slept warmly!! When I woke up in the morning, there was a valley in front and it was a very pretty accommodation! The owner gave me Jeju tangerines, gave me sweet potatoes, and sprayed me directly on the tire because it was slippery on the way out, guided me to the way out, and it was so nice like a tree that the owner was so kind and generous. I want to go again in the summer!!Thanks to you, I had a great winter trip ~ ~

It was clean. The lawn was spacious, and even though we used the barbecue, we were able to eat outside. But there were too many bugs in the barbecue area. It was too much of a mess to play with a lot of people. My friends were so excited and said they'd 😃come again next time.
