Daegwallyeong, located at an altitude of 700 meters, is a land above the clouds with blue skies and clean winds throughout the four seasons. It offers a pleasant atmosphere in summer without tropical nights, and a snowy village in winter. You can also have a warm interaction with cute animals at the nearby farms, as well as the natural environment of the 'National Forest' and the 'Anbandege' observatory, which is famous for its trekking course.

Jodongri Alps

"Away from the city but close to the stars of the night sky". For me, a mountain lover and an avid hiker, the Jodongli Alps is a place comparable to the European Alps.   Standing 700-800 meters above sea level, there is also a well maintained forest road that also lets you have a ecstatic taste of phytoncide from the forest. The property is 450 meters above sea level, and it's a 40-minute walk to the entrance to 700 meters above sea level, or a 5-minute drive.   You can also have a light hike that is 5 minutes away by car.  The night sky is great and full of stars. If you lie on a zero-gravity chair in the yard and look at the stars, you can see the shooting stars and dancing fireflies. It's not crowded because it's not a famous tourist attraction or a pension. Take a 360-degree turn in the yard and create deep relaxation and memories in a natural setting where you can only see the mountain. We only serve one group of people who want to enjoy the clear air and panoramic scenery in a place without pollution and noise. You can experience organic vegetables in summer and an eco-friendly goodle room with far-infrared rays in winter, and you have a private backyard patio with a studio with a bathroom. - The cost of the barbecue is 20,000 won, and we provide salt, pepper, and barbecue tools. Use of the fire pit area is free, so please clean it up thoroughly after use (firewood must be purchased separately; no wood fires on the barbecue grill). - This location is 700 meters above sea level, so the temperature is lower than on flat ground. Please be sure to bring a warm coat. - As this is a space in nature, you may see insects inside and outside. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation. - 2-wheel cars may not be able to come up during heavy snowfall. In that case, we will help you get around by car.

Sunna and Grandpa's Log Cabin_Sun

Welcome to Sunna and Grandfather's Log Cabin_Sun. There are two themes of the sun. The first is "Looking at Gongaksan Mountain". I made the wall diagonal so that I could see Gongaksan Mountain, one of the 100 most famous mountains in Korea, and the sky above it. The second is "Breath, Rest". I didn't paint the room at all and finished it with cypress wood, hoping that the body and mind of those who stay can comfortably breathe and rest. Also, I tried to make the place feel as spacious as possible, and to feel like everything is connected, by not blocking it as much as possible. The Sun is a house that Sunna's father made himself, except for the sink and table set. If you comfortably sit on the deck or the window that the sun is proud of, you can enjoy the dance of the clouds and the wind spreading over Mt. Gongja and the sky above it. The sound of birds and grass bugs moving around, and the sound of the stream across the street that you can hear if you listen carefully will comfort your heart.

Here we hope to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and take a breath and have a peaceful time. * Your room is on the second floor. The second floor is a private space, and you will be next door to the host. You can use the hallway and terrace area. * There is a small bookstore and cafe on the first floor. You can watch the video by searching “Hanok from the Japanese Colonial Period as a Second Home” on YouTube. The birth of Golmalga dates back to 1938. The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house. We hope you will experience the past and the present during your stay at ’Golmalga'.

This is a 60m2 private pension located in Daegwallyeong Swiss Village Complex, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It's cozy and quiet, so it's a great place to relax. Especially at night, it is a place where you can see the stars well, so it is recommended to come to see the stars. [Yangtteo Ranch] [Seonjaryeong] [Gukmin Forest] is 1km away, so it is in a good location for traveling by car (2 minutes) or on foot (10 minutes).
