Garden Annex in Victorian Villa

YuliyaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The apartment is just gorgeous and has everything you need! The kitchen is very well equipped and ypu can relax in the beautiful living room. It was very nice to meet Alan personally! He showed me the apartment, explained everything and gave lot of local recommendations! :) The apartment is very well located in a beautiful calm area of Edinburgh. There are buses just around the corner, a grocery shop, and you can easily walk to the beach. I loved my time at Alans apartment and highly recommend it!

The Cooperage on the Shore in Leith

Anna-LenaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The place was clean, comfortable and very homey. The bed was great to sleep in, and we found everything we needed. The area is also really nice and there is a lot of public transport close by. (The tram from the airport stops just a few minutes away) Catriona was super responsive, always checking in if there was something she could help us with. It gets quite warm in the appartment, but since Scotland is on the colder side it is an easy fix by just opening up a window. The only thing is that the windows are quite old, meaning that it can become quite noisy. You hear the tram passing by and people having conversations outside, even when the window is shut. Still, overall we had a really pleasant experience and would definitely come back :)

Modern clean flat in Edinburgh

FaineRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This place was great and Sarah was amazing as a host. The only thing is it’s a bit far from city center which she DID tell us but based on our schedule we ended up taking Ubers there and back so in the end not as cost efficient as we hoped. The Starbucks was a lovely 14 minute walk which was great because weather was great. The place was fantastic and for the description and if you will take the bus well worth staying there

We had a wonderful stay in the accommodation with lovely, clean and spacious rooms. The great location has plenty to offer. Sonia provided lots of information how to discover Edinburgh without using the crowded tourist paths.

City Centre Luxury with Terrace Hot Tub

Had a lovely stay at Laurie’s place in Edinburgh. Great location with walkable access to a variety of neighborhoods and tourist attractions. Great selection of pubs and restaurants close by (within a 5 minute walk). Wonderful apartment—simultaneously cozy and elegant. Had no problems at all throughout our stay and Laurie remained in close contact should any issues had arisen. Highly recommended!!

Spectacular Studio hideaway in City Centre

PuskarRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The place is walkable distance to great bars and the botanical garden. Close to the bus stop as well that takes you to the royal mile in 15mins. The place has all the listed amenities. You can hear the noise in the hallway and front door banging. I would've liked an airtight door to create some soundproofing. The upstairs neighbor noise wasn't a big problem for me. The place was clean and kitchen was fully stocked!

Super Central: 1 min to Waverley Station

LamyaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was my favourite stay on Airbnb so far. Mark was an incredible host, with great communication, clear instructions and generosity with everything (we made full use of the Nespresso machine 😂). The flat itself was beautiful, very nicely decorated. you can tell just from looking at it that a lot of thought and effort went into it, has a lot of personality, and quite clear that mark uses it himself as well. would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't mind the slightly higher price and a few flights of stairs :)

city, sea & beach at your door & stunning views

ThijsRating, 5 stars6 months ago
I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Spacious 4 bedroom house with sea views, Pitmilly

DorothyRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had a brilliant weekend in this lovely accommodation with great facilities. As a family group, including 3 teenagers and a disabled grandad, the accommodation was ideal with a lovely large open planned kitchen/dining/living area, four big ensuite bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and a separate bathroom. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the large fridge freezer would easily have coped with supplies for a longer stay. The upstairs bedrooms had a luxurious feeling to them. The beds were all very comfortable and the ensuites were well fitted out with good walk in shower cubicles. The downstairs bedroom was smaller but still a good size. The shower had a high threshold for anyone with mobility problems but non- slip bath mats and suction handrails were supplied as soon as we mentioned disability. A shower stool would have been a welcome addition. There was plenty to occupy us without leaving the complex. We enjoyed making use of the sports facilities and the walks.
