Very nice condo. Clean, neat, tidy, comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped for a vacation rental. Very nice location so near to the beach. Did I say clean? Loved that. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

It was perfect for what we needed. I saw the reviews and it did has a funky smells every time we when back to the rental, but with the room spray was fix. I guess the cleaning people din’t put toilet paper but sed was so quickly to fix it and deliver toilet paper. I like that it had everything from stove to laundry room . I would go back . Me and my boys enjoy the cute little place . Thank you!

Even better than it was in past visits! Property Mgr is available directly for any issues and very proactive. Great location within steps of so much in town, yet off the path to prevent noise or crowd pollution. Privacy gates to separate you from other units. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset from the patio. I go here to retreat from the world for a moment and it never disappoints. Kitchen has the needed essentials and the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash was appreciated. This visit the TV next door could be heard at night, but that's not been the experience before so might have just been the renters. Thankfully they turned it off by 9-10 though. 100% will be back to this property.

Once again I found the accommodations perfect for me. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It is close to the beach and walkable to the village. Mari is indeed a super host.

Aubrey's place was beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but still within walking distance from all of our favorite places in Oceanside.

Hannah was such a wonderful host! Her place was so cute and clean. She had everything we could have possibly needed and more. She has tons of extra amenities that I wasn’t expecting and was a very thoughtful host. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Hannah 😊

Great stay, our host was very helpful in their local recommendations. The home was also very well maintained with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Perfect for a weekend trip with the comfort of a nice community.

we have stayed here twice and will stay again. they were doing some construction on the building we were staying in but workers were considerate on time not to start too early or work too late. always peaceful and beach close by. we have stayed at many other places this is by far our favorite

The apartment was the perfect place to spend a relaxing week away. The beach was walking distance and the host provided easy to carry chairs for the walk over. The space was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The host was really friendly, responsive in the chat and gave clear instructions for check-in/out as well as all the available items for use on the property. Loved it, wouldnt hesitate the book again

This apartment in Fallbrook was a great location to stay after visiting the San Diego Zoo Safari Park (approx 50 min away). We were traveling with several adults so we needed a place with several beds. The space was perfect for us for our one night stay. Cristi had a guidebook listing local recommendations and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with tea and coffee. The decorations were really nice as well! We were glad to have found and stayed in this place.

We have sadly returned home from our AMAZING getaway at the Hacienda 6 Palms. Todd is most gracious and communicative! Even though not on property during our visit, he made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Pictures do not do this beautiful property justice! From the foliage, the home, the numerous outdoor ambiance locations to enjoy a meal or glass of wine or just the views to the trails to see the grape vines and olive trees. The spectacular property Todd has created is bewildering and makes you feel as though you are a part of it and it is yours to enjoy while you are there. We are so thankful we happened upon it and look forward to returning!

We had a great time staying here! The unit was separate from the rest of the house and felt very private. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, and there was plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Only thing I would mention, is that if you intend on walking to the beach it isn’t very convenient as you have to walk a little ways down to the intersection to cross the train tracks. Driving to the beaches was very convenient and parking was never an issue for us!

Bonnie and Ken were super accommodating. We needed to work out some details for the check in due to my flight and there were no issues. Bonnie and Ken were so kind. The place was beautiful and had all the accommodations needed for my 5 day stay. Would highly recommend.

The place was as described with clear instructions. The house was clean and beach is within 5 min walk. We had booked legoland so were looking for a place close by with beach access. Davids place ticked that. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. The kitchen had everything we needed and the patio is a nice little space to sit outside and watch the waves. Would recommend this place.

This air b and b was one of the best I have ever stayed at! The owner was great and very clear in communications. The house has everything we needed. The beach down the street was amazing! We loved walking to beautiful down LaJolla. Parking outside the home was super easy! I can’t say enough great things. If we are ever back in LJ, this would be our 1st choice of places to stay!

Cindy’s place was an amazing home base for our weekend and Ironman race! Loved being able to walk to coffee, dinner, the beach. And it is right next to transition if you are here for the Ironman. The place was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and Cindy is an awesome host.

Me and my partner were here for a concert, the location is very walkable and beautiful. The stay is also very comforting, and exactly what we needed. The hosts were extremely welcoming, and gave us recommendations on activities, and places to eat. I will definitely be coming again.

We enjoyed our stay here very much!Checking in was seamless as the instructions were very helpful. The photos look exactly like the place, it’s very clean, and you have everything you need to feel right at home- even parking. We did experience a noisy neighbor but the host responded immediately to address it and we were able to continue to enjoy our stay. I would definitely book again! It was the perfect place for my little family.

It was a nice place to stay for a month. Veena was very responsive to my inquiries and questions. It was a good location and the bed was extremely comfortable. It worked great for me.

Location to beach was great! Property was beautiful! Nice pool and hot tub. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room all as pictured and nice. Juan was great to communicate with! Area is a little noisy to sleep with windows open at night. We left windows open during the day and used the fans at night with windows closed. Having fans on ceilings and provided in the bedrooms was nice. We were not hot while sleeping.

We had a great stay over the holidays. The condo was clean, within walking distance of great food options and steps from the beach. We also appreciated the water bottles in the fridge and basket of snacks since we arrived late the first day and hadn’t gone shopping. The beach toys and boogie boards were a definite positive and we loved the holiday decorations throughout NCV. The only recommendation I have is for a slightly better equipped kitchen for those who want to eat in (no toaster, coffee pot is old, few spice options, limited pots/pans/utensils, oven door sticks) but nothing that detracted from our overall enjoyment of the property.

Cy was great- easy and flexible. The place was a 5 minute walk to the ocean. It was lovely to drink a cup of coffee from Cafe Rosemont and watch the surfers. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the hammock. Everything was lovely- well equipped and comfortable!

We loved our stay at Ann's place! We were enjoying a couples weekend in Temecula and wanted a place to unwind and this place was perfect. it is on the outskirts so the starry sky was beautiful at night. The hot tub was also AMAZING! We had a bit of an issue accessing the instructions to turn it on, but Ann was very quick to respond to help us figure it out! Absolutely recommend staying here 😊
