Beachfront holiday rentals in Boothbay

Perfect location. Parking space right out front of the cabin. Quiet street. Felt safe. Picnic table in the back of our cabin. Less than a minute walk to the beach. We were able to walk to the pier and didn't have to drive at all for the time we were there. We stayed in Cabin #6 and it was a perfect size for myself and sister in law. Jason let us keep our car parked at the cabin for a few hours after checkout so we could spend a little more time at the beach and not have to drive and find parking somewhere else. Would def. rent one of the cabins again.

Great peaceful spot. Beautiful area and pond. Saw a mink (sp) an owl and a bald eagle all down at the pond. Total treat. Coming back for sure! Thanks

We had an amazing time at the Aslan house with our dogs. It has a beautiful view of the lake and just a short walk to the beach. It is peaceful and quiet, super clean & cozy. The host was very friendly and we can’t wait to come back again. Thank you!!

micheles place was incredibly well stocked with helpful and cute amenities and convenience items! the view and accessibility to the beach is incredible. Michele was very welcoming and we appreciated all of the recommendations she provided. the guest house is quite small but met my and my husband's needs for a quick getaway. thank you for your hospitality!

First time renting on Airbnb, it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. The cozy cabin on the cliffs of Maine was beyond anything I could’ve imagined. Stephanie & Heather thought of everything; welcome snacks, dog treats, water, things to do,etc. They even had binoculars, we used on a bald eagle diving into water. Being able to use their kayaks (no charge), made packing & planning much easier. The peaceful surroundings & natural beauty made it easy to disconnect & relax. We saw so many jellyfish in the ocean and they were beautiful! On check-out morn, Stephanie messaged us to say we stay later in day because no one was checking in today, it was the nicest day. That extra time meant everything, we ended up leaving around 4pm with no extra charge. The level of kindness & hospitality is rare & so appreciated. This stay was absolutely unforgettable, we will 100% be coming back. Thank you, Stephanie & Heather, for creating such a peaceful, thoughtful, & welcoming escape.

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. Dave is a great host and was very helpful and flexible when it came to our check in time. We definitely recommend his place and will be back soon! Thank you Dave!

A little slice of heaven on earth. Very private and beautiful spot on the water. Close enough to town but off the beaten path. Rustic in all the best ways. My dog absolutely loved it.

Awesome location, right in town with an included parking space so you can leave your car and walk everywhere. Sofas and bed were comfortable, and we really appreciated that the carriage house is dog friendly. Great dog walking downtown and around the neighborhood with plenty of green spaces. The cottage is coastal rustic, but has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The bathroom is upstairs and it’s small, but it’s a big plus to have a washer and dryer. Hosts Julie and Steve were so friendly and live right next door, and we enjoyed chatting with them when we saw them. We will be back!

Such an amazing and clean stay! Heather was so kind and responsive! So happy to find this space. Very close to everything, and a gorgeous view of the bay! We felt so safe in the area, even to go for a run as a woman alone. Thanks so much for accommodating us😊

Our stay at the beach house was great! You couldn't be closer to the water! So much fun kayaking, floating and swimming in the lake! House is much better than the pictures do it justice. For a 2 bedroom house its very big and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The no wifi was a little bit of a downer but there were plenty of board games to play. There is some street noise but not bad at all. Would most definitely recommend if you are looking for waterfront property. The access to the resort pool was a plus too for the kiddos!

A few times while wandering around midcoast Maine in late March, we were asked if this is when we usually came to vacation here. Yes, we are educators from the Southwest, and this was our spring break, so this is when we came to visit, but honestly, it is so peaceful this time of year. Especially Boothbay Harbor, and what we imagined while walking around the very quiet town would be a very different place in July! Our experience at Abby’s space was absolutely wonderful and serene in the spring. The thoughtful touches (thank you for the bottle of Maine wine and jar of blueberry jelly!) made it even more special. Thank you, we hope to be back one day.

This charming cottage in a picture-perfect setting will take you back in time to Maine of the 1920’s. You can relax near the water on the dock, sit up on the deck and watch for bald eagles, tuck yourself away in the cozy, sheltered dining area on the porch, or relax by the fire in the living room. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home and amazing atmosphere if you love sitting by the water!! If you like waking up and looking out to Beautiful Sebago Lake, listening to the boats go by and sitting with nature this house is for you!!! Jessica and Adam's home is perfect for a family getaway! We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!

Would definitely stay here again. Was really a first class space that made our family feel very relaxed.

Beautiful cabin in Sherwood Forest Campsite. Check in and check out were really easy and the cabin itself was very clean. Kitchen is bare bones but had pretty much everything we needed. Even had some firewood for us!

What a wonderful spot! Gorgeous, quiet pond and relaxing wood fired sauna. Rheanna is a super responsive and helpful host. We'll be back! Just FYI - this cabin is a "three season" structure. Although it was super comfortable, it felt a little more like camping than we originally expected with some cool nights and mornings, a few insect frinds, and a short walk to the shared bathrooms and kitchen area.

Being at Carole's place was a total pleasure. If I could, I'd spend a lot of time living on a boat, and this was about as close as possible to that experience, only much more comfortable. I loved being able to see all that was going on in the bay - a lobster boat with a happy dog aboard, a kayak - but mostly birds, including a few visits from a couple of Bald Eagles. For anyone who enjoys nature and privacy, this place is heaven.

All the previous reviews indicated we would love this location, the setting, the caring of the host....we were inspired to join Airbnb to just be able to stay here!!! The beauty of the surroundings is remarkable and we admire the care taken to keep it in its refined natural state. We are so thankful we took the description and reviews to heart! We now have another great Maine memory!

We had a great stay at Chris’s house! It has all the modern conveniences but is warm and comfortable, and fits well in the neighborhood. The location right on the cove has great views from the living area and the bedroom. The house is very well appointed with comfortable furniture, a well-stocked kitchen and a great king bed. Heating system worked well and water pressure was good. Filtered water from the refrigerator was a plus. Washer/dryer came in handy, and parking was easy. Boothbay Harbor is quiet in the off-season but it was great to not have crowds and traffic. It’s an easy walk to downtown and some restaurants and shops were open. We had breakfast at Woodsong Market (great coffee too!) and dinners at the Boathouse and Brady’s - both were very good. The house was also a good home base to visit other towns - Southport, Bath, Brunswick, Rockland and Belfast. Thanks again Chris for sharing your terrific home!

We loved staying at this cabin near Popham beach, the house was beautifully renovated. The renovation kept the cabin feel, yet at the same time felt updated and modern. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic time in Boothbay Harbor! It was our first time there and the hotel and staff were great! The location was wonderful and all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We plan on returning again soon!
