We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santos! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The building felt very safe, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santos!

The experience was surreal, the view of the spread and all the comfort it offers is impressive, we don't need sunny days to enjoy the accommodation a lot! Very well located apartment with a market nearby, very well equipped with kitchen utensils, all of which makes the visual experience even more impressive! Worthy of a movie! The attendant Samara was spectacular, kind and efficient at all times! He provided us with incredible service! By far one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had!

To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. We like it a lot and I'm excited to be back soon.

Simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable — extremely clean, well decorated and with everything working perfectly. The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned rooms. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking view of the sea! Waking up to that landscape was a privilege. Communication with Andressa was also excellent, always attentive and available. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend!

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

I stayed 1 week and didn't take my car out of the garage, I did absolutely everything on foot, and I found the location very safe too. Even more so because I was alone. Noble point of Santos. Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

Great house, all exactly as in the pictures, quiet environment, super close to the beach. spacious house, close to markets and etc.. i simply loved it, Lis and her husband were extremely polite and took away all my doubts and my wife's. i'm sure we'll be back more often

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

Great stay in an impeccable home We rented this house in Guarujá to reunite our family and the experience was excellent. The house is exactly like in the pictures: wide, well-equipped, clean and very well maintained. All rooms are comfortable and functional, ideal for large groups. The house is great, large, well furnished and equipped. All very clean with high quality sheets and towels. The condominium is equipped with a swimming pool, full gym and courts. The condominium's security is another highlight. The condominium is part of the Jequitimar Hotel complex, so we were able to take advantage of the hotel's beach structure (suns, chairs, towels, etc.) in addition to the hotel's pools. The host is attentive and quick to answer questions. Spotless experience. Highly recommend.
