The house is in perfect condition. Equipped with ceiling fans in all areas. The dining room has a hanging table with 6 chairs. TV in the living room and all bedrooms. The living room has a comfortable love seat, an armchair, and some board games. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and basic utensils. Well-ventilated house. My place is in front of one of the towns main roads, close to the Townsquare & it's minutes away from restaurants, Mayagüez Mall, a Movie Theater & more! Ideal for couples, small family or close friends.
