Bonjour, je suis Faustine 18 ans bientôt 36, je serai ravie de vous accueillir chez moi au "Manhattan" étoilé en juillet 2024 en 3*. Vous disposerez entièrement des lieux et y trouverez tout le confort possible, parking sécurisé inclus dans la résidence. Il y a deux couchages, chambre séparée avec un lit double et un canapé lit confortable dans le salon, le tout pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes dans une résidence calme, le logement à 12 min de bordeaux centre en tram- bus-voiture .

Cabane du Silon

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société (2 sur place), profiter d’une personne que l’on aime, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble)… Pour service petit déjeuner et prestations massages voir ci dessous. 👇🏻

(à lire attentivement) Tiny house au calme avec terrasse privée aux portes de Bordeaux. Vue sur le jardin. Bateau-bus à 500m à Lormont-bas, vous emmène au centre de Bordeaux en 15 min. Arrêt de tram mairie de Lormont à 10min à pied. Gare de Cenon à proximité. Parking gratuit dans la rue (voie à sens unique et peu passante). Rocher de Palmer à 10 min en vélo, 5 min en voiture. A mi chemin entre les Vignobles (Saint-Emilion, etc.) et l'océan (Dune du Pyla, Cap Ferret...)

A shopping mall is 800 meters away, the train station and the city center are 7 minutes away. Between Fronsac (9 min) and Saint Emilion (12 min) it is the perfect base for any castle visit.

Our house is located in a very quiet area, 3 km from Bordeaux train station/4 km from the center. You have the option to park your car in front of or near the house without worries, and it's free. You can also come by tram (6 stops from the station), stopping at the Stade Musard stop or the next one, Calais-Centujean (15 minutes). Your small studio is located at the back of the house.
