You will have the entire place to yourself and will find all the comforts possible, secure parking included in the residence. There are two beds, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, all of which can accommodate up to four people. Breakfast is included, accommodation 12 minutes from Bordeaux center by tram-bus-car.

Très accessible (15min de l'aéroport, 3min de la rocade, 15min de Bordeaux, tram ligne C à 3min en voiture, bus à 50m..). Idéal pour visiter Bordeaux, son prestigieux vignoble en Pessac-Léognan, et la région bordelaise. Piscine ouverte de mai à septembre.

Lormont Town Hall tram stop is a 10-minute walk away. Cenon train station nearby. Free street parking (one-way street with little traffic). Rocher de Palmer is 10 min by bike, 25 min walk, 5 min drive. Halfway between the vineyards (Saint-Emilion, etc.) and the ocean (Dune du Pyla, Cap Ferret, etc.)

Our house is located in a very quiet area, 3 km from Bordeaux train station/ 4 km from the center. You have the option to park your car in front of or close to the house without worries and it's free. You can also come by tram (6 stations from the train station), stopping at the stop Stade Musard or the next one , Calais-Centujean (15 minutes). Your small studio is in the back of the house.
