Das Haus ist sehr neu. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt 😊… es war warm und eine tolle Aussicht (wenn kein Nebel da ist) auf den Fjord in Klaksvik! Wir haben die Unterkunft genutzt um einen Tagesausflug nach Kalsoy und Vidareidi zu machen 💪 dafür liegt sie ideal und in Klaksvik selbst gibt es alles was man braucht. Das Steak 🥩 House ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist sicher noch nicht ganz fertig, der riesige Platz, der große TV 📺 im Schlafzimmer und die neue Küche haben uns beeindruckt. Lieben Dank das wir hier 2 Nächte verbringen durften.

Great place, super cozy and a great size for a short or long stay. Amazing location and only a few minutes walk from shops and things to do. Sigbritt was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, peaceful setting overlooking the sea. Very neat and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. Right next to the grocery store and an easy walk to town. Niclas was very responsive whenever we sent a message. Would recommend this place if you want to be in Klaksvík, but don’t want to stay in the downtown.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in the Faroe Islands. The home had everything we needed and more – it was incredibly spacious, well equipped, and spotless(squeaky clean!!). Especially the kitchen was well equipped, and this was everything for us, because we cooked the meals at home. You can think of one thing you need, and you will definitely find it there. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the islands. Runa was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We arrived to find the fridge stocked with fresh fruits, sodas, and even some delicious homemade jam – such a thoughtful and generous touch that really made us feel at home. This was our home away from home. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Faroe Islands and would love to come back one day!

Hyggeligt bådhus i flotte Klaksvik. Nem indtjekning med nøgleboks og bådhuset var rent og fint. Der er en anelse fugtigt i huset, men det kan klares nemt ved at åbne døren 👍🏻

This cottage has a wonderful location, and from the cottage you have spectacular views. I highly recomment staying here for a few days. The cottage is basic, but has most things you could wish for, including a washing machine and dryer. We stayed here with our two children. They enjoyed playing in the playground nearby, and could walk there alone, along a footpath behind the house. The house is warm, well-isolated, has two bedrooms and you can park your car in front of the house. Klaksvik is nearby, so you will have shops and restaurants there, but Hvannasund is a lovely small harbour town, calm, friendly, with the ferry, fishing boats and rowing boats. The cottage could be improved a bit by adding some place to put clothes in the bedrooms and some sort of bedside table, and a lamp in the living room for reading in the evening, but that is all. It is a perfect place to stay in the Faroe islands and explore the northern islands.

Das kleine Haus ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Färöer zu erkunden. Alles ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, man kann hier auch Regentage im Haus verbringen. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht und die Berge ist super. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Alles war verständlich und schnell.

Very nice apartment in a boathouse. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The small triangual room with the bed really is small and I had to get used to it. But i got some good sleep upthere. (There is also the posibility to sleep downstairs on the sleeping couch.) We had been in touch with John who was very nice and helpful. Thank you for the great time we could spend in the boathouse!
