Absolutely loved this place! Location was amazing as it was in the center of Budva. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, Old Town and activities. The view was spectacular! The restaurant on the bottom floor was delicious and affordable. I would stay here again if I visit Budva again!

Ülkemizden uzak yerde bile evimiz gibi hissettiğimiz tek yer. Her şey çok ama çok güzel ve konforluydu. Ve en önemlisi bizi geldiğimiz ilk günden vedalaştığımız son ana kadar güler yüzüyle bizi hiç yalnız bırakmayan Olga’ya çok teşekkürler. Tekrardan gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

We loved our stay at this place, Jelena was so so kind and had a great personality (also has a super cute dog ❤️). The apartment was exactly as described and shown in pictures, comes with a secluded patio where you can chill as well. Overall, loved everything about it and would recommend to anyone who comes to Budva to stay here!

It is a superb location to stay at in Budva. The apartment is nice and clean and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is great and you can chill out on it. The Dukley estate is a high-class property that includes a secluded area packed with a luxury hotel, private apartments, restaurants, spa salons and a beach. There is a free golf cart transportation inside the gated community of Dukley and our favorite part - a free boat departing from Dukley to the old town of Budva every hour. There is a pedestrian tunnel that starts under the Dukley leading to the beaches in Budva or on the other side of Dukley there is a Becici beach in a 10 minute walking distance. Parking inside is paid and expensive (there is an hourly option (2 euro/hour) and day parking at Dukley Hotel (30 euro). We parked inside for one night only and then managed to park in a free spot on the road below the Dukley place (Becici side). In the evening there are some spots available if you are lucky.

We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Kao i sto svi pisu Oksana je super host, tu je uvek za sva pitanja. Stan je bio cist i isti kao i na slikama, blizu plaze i prodavnice. +Preko puta direktno je restoran gde ima svaki dan drugi dnevni meni (supa, glavno jelo, salata i casa pica-ove god za 9,5€). Nisu daleko ni plazni restorani/kafici gde ima i dosta brze hrane (pica, girosa, palanicka, pljeskavica itd za 2-4€). Kao i prodavnica ideja i razne pekare su u blizini stana. -Za one koje planiraju da kuvaju cesto mozda bitna info da u kuhinji nema tople vode za pranje sudja. +U stanu ima osnovnog pribora za kuvanje, fen, daska za peglanje i pegla, masina za ves, zica za susenje vesa(koja eventualno treba da se zameni-par zica su otkacene). -Ono cega nema je prasak/deterdzent za pranje vesa, ali se lako nabavi. Ali nista ne radi nedeljom tako da na vreme u kupovinu. -Za one koje dolaze sa malom decom i kolicima- da znate ima desetak stepenika pre lifta. +Dobijete internet koji mozete nositi sa sobom, baterija drzi 4 sata.

I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Nela’s house! The view from the balcony is worth a million dollars, I’d say it’s probably the best view in Perast! Really well situated with boat tours leaving from the doorstop, a little wine bar downstairs & plenty of restaurants to sample nearby. Nela was really attentive and helpful too when arranging taxis and check in. Will be recommending far and wide!

Val and Maya were exceptional hosts - incredibly responsive and couldn’t be more helpful with organising extras including airport transfers, a driver for an excursion and boat tour…all with trusted associates at great prices. Myself and my Family felt right at home in their apartment and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Parfait logement pour notre groupe de 9! La maison était splendide et l’hôte était très réactif. La localisation était idéale et nous avons adoré la piscine. Les seuls points négatifs étaient que le wifi fonctionnait mal et une des douches coulait.

Had a brilliant stay at Tatiana’s place. Tatiana was incredibly responsive throughout and let us have a later check out, which was really helpful with children. The apartment itself is great. Has everything that you need, is as described and clean. The view from the balcony was an absolute highlight for us. We spent every evening on the balcony - the view is something we will miss. There is also a pool, which my kids really enjoyed. The apartment itself is located about 1 hours walk from Kotor old town, but it is a nice walk along the beach front. Taxi’s are also easily accessible. We actually really enjoyed the area where the apartment itself is located. A little quieter than the busier old town- but still with a beautiful beach/promenade.There is a great restaurant nearby- where you can swim in the sea - which was great. Our kids loved it. There is also a park, a shop and a brilliant bakers within walking distance. Would recommend!

Все було чудово. Чудова квартира, доволі зручна, чиста і приємна постіль, достатньо рушників, посуду. На наше здивування був пляжний зонт, два стільця та маска для плавання. Чудовий господар який завжди на зв’язку.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick vom Schlafzimmer auf die Bucht von Kotor. Perfekt für ein Pärchen geeignet (wenn man, wie wir, mit Baby reist, sollte man wissen, dass es zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum keine Tür gibt). Toller Pool und privater Steg ins Meer. Nena & Čedo sind sehr freundlich und antworten schnell. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein paar Autominuten von der Unterkunft entfernt.

Nous avons passé une semaine sans problème. Bel environnement. Les descriptions correspondent aux photos. L'hôte est très réactif. Petit bémol: à notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un léger problème dans la salle de bain; l'eau ne s'évacuait pas vite dans la baignoire. Sinon, je recommande à 100%.

The place is amazing, the view is stunning, and everything is as described. Jelena was outstanding. We had a special request, and she granted it for us. She provided correct and detailed instructions, making check-in very smooth. We had an incident where locals slashed our tires and scratched our car due to a hate crime (I know, shocking, considering the civilized impression this village conveys). Jelena was very helpful and sent someone to assist us in fixing the car. She even offered us an extra day completely free. She did everything she could to ensure we enjoyed our stay despite the unforeseen difficulties.

Clean, spacious, 30 minutes walk along the beautiful sea coast to dozen of restaurants along the beach. Private parking with lift access directly to the apartment which with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets, specifically highlight the huge screen smart tv. If you are late sleep after 2300, you should have no problem with the main road close by as they have reasonable sound proof window. Recommend!

Perfect location on the beach with a great view from the balcony and bedroom. Lots of choice of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views, location is a little far out from the centre but the host is very helpful with providing local taxi numbers and even phoned on occasion for us as we was struggling. Kept in communication the whole time and offered to arrange trips etc help to and from the airport

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

Alina was responsive and let us check in early which was super helpful. She explained there’s not road names there so it was quite difficult to locate but our taxi driver was able to cal her and work it out. There was also a wifi box that was small and portable and you could take out with you which was a huge plus as montenegro is not included in most UK phone plans so it would’ve cost a lot to buy data out there. The flat was basic but really nice and i think actually more modern and nicer than the photos give it credit for. Location is good you have Budva about 20 minutes walk one way and the main beach strip of restaurants in Becici about 20 minutes the other way. There’s not much in terms of restaurants close to the apartment but the beach and supermarket are only a few minutes away.
