E si può prenotare un'aula.

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. Unser Rustico ist liebevoll restauriert. Die alte Substanz ist mit moderner Architektur und Haustechnik verbunden. Unser geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus hat zwei Etagen und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Somit haben alle drei Zimmer volles Sonnenlicht. Der Garten hat neben Feigen- und Olivenbäumen einen grosse Sitzplatz und eine mit Reben bewachsene Pergola spendet im Sommer den notwendigen Schatten.
