Can't say enough about what a wonderful host Jayson is. We had another great stay. We always have everything we need. This is by far the best place to stay on the island. Can't wait to plan our next stay!

We stayed there for 3 nights and everything was great. The location is very convenient, nice beach and the apartment had everything we could need.

Beautiful views, the apartment matches the photos to a T. The hosts are very responsive and the apartment is fully furnished with whatever you need. Just bring your clothes and do some grocery shopping and it feels like you are right at home. Close to neighboring cities like Rincon which is a fun place to explore and enjoy.

Pearce’s home was clean and in a good location. It is close to a beach - which was great for finding shells - and about a mile from a nice swimming beach. The pool was lovely and a great break from the busy beach in the afternoons. The washer/ dryer was not working - but we found a laundromat close by ( behind the gas station) and we were able to get the quarters we needed at the gas station. The food court was a great place to eat while we were waiting for our clothes. The kitchen had most of the essential’s needed to cook - pots, pan’s, decent knives - and a nice blender. Pearce was helpful and answered all of my questions. If I visit this area again I would love to stay in this home.

John and Marie are great ! Very attentive and responsive! Love the Penthouse! My grandson wants to bring it to FL lol! Everything was clean and orderly the watcher and dryer were a big ++Thank you John and Marie!

Amazing view from sunrise to sunset, very clean spacious apartment. Super comfortable bed! The unit is stocked with beach essentials, kitchen appliances and laundry necessities. Best to arrive during the day since the roads are dark and the location can be a bit tricky. Make sure to pack bug repellant if you plan to sit on the balcony :)

Our second time staying, and we would never stay anywhere else. Rose is so helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The house is always immaculate with the perfect views. We love staying every time we come and highly recommend anyone coming to stay here. We will definitely be back. Thank you Rose.

I have been rent airbnb properties for quite sometime now. I have stayed in some of the nicest properties. Allison's place was the nicest and most comfortable property I've stayed so far. the amenities was not compromised. everything I needed was there. I was even able to cook in that beautiful kitchen. the bathroom is super clean. the swimming pool was super clean. and the beach was walking distance and was very private and the water was crystal clear. This property was worth paying for. I would come back to this place again definitely. I recommend this place 1000%!!!

This rental provided a comfortable and memorable stay. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area. An unexpected issue arose with our rental car during the trip. Thankfully, the host offered a helpful solution, easing our concerns. We truly appreciate the host's assistance and hospitality shown by both Wilfredo and his wife. I would highly recommend this rental to others.

Maria was an awesome host. The apartment was perfect, great views, right next to the beach and close to the areas I was visiting while traveling the Island. If you want an awesome place to stay while visiting the West of the Island, Marias Place is the one to choose!!!

Jose’s home was a SCORE! So close to our two awesome family beaches (crash boat and playa jobas) along with a handful of other great beaches. Very safe neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, banks, gas, markets, restaurants, and more. Even though there is an airport nearby, it’s not very active so you don’t really hear air traffic. Cute little pool and the inside of the home is PERFECT. I want to build a home with the same layout, great spaces. VERY COMFORTABLE beds and everything you could possibly want is available (beach chairs, pack n play, beach toys, car seats, etc.). I have zero complaints and will definitely be booking this spot again.

what a great experience! the unit was clean , organized, had everything we need the balcony and the sunset were awesome! it was a secluded place, I like how I spent alot of down time reading and reflecting also it's close to everything supermarkets,and they have a organic supermarket the coffee pot was also clean! most Airbnb has a old coffee pot that you don't even wanna touch ,this is one was clean ! my over all experience was well worth my money can't wait to be back in Puerto Rico!

I am a Puerto Rican living in the states. I craved a little beach time and I was not disappointed with this waterfront apartment. I brought my parents and my husband and three children. We had an outstanding time. Walks along the beach next to the building yielded wonderful pictures and a lot of biodiversity. A little walk down the beach and there was a safe “poza” at Jobos beach. We walked a little further and visited the Poza de Jacinto. It was overall a relaxing, restful beach weekend. Thank you so much Osiris!

Mark's condo was clean, comfortable, safe, quiet, and instructions to the condo and how to get in were seamless. Pool was big and had 2 small pools perfect for little kids. We walked to a near by restaurant and left the key fob in the condo and couldn't get in, I messaged Mark he responded right away. The condo was specious and well equipped. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

Carmen and Paul were very responsive, especially when there was an island wide power outage. This place is just a bit south of the really popular Rincon beaches but there are some nice restaurants nearby and you're not far from an Econo, the largest supermarket in the area. The beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and towels all came in super handy for our beach trips. Having multiple mini-split air conditioning units and three fans was terrific as others have pointed out. On a side note, I've been coming to Puerto Rico for many decades and we really like the people of Rincon.

My sisters and I had the pleasure of staying at Carolyn's place, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful personal touches throughout the unit.... The location was perfect! It was close to great beaches and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area. Carolyn provided excellent recommendations for local spots that we absolutely loved. The communication with Carolyn was seamless. She was always quick to respond and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay there again. We look forward to it!

Excelente lugar, me sentía comoda como estar en mi casa. Mi familia y yo descansamos ya que es un lugar tranquilo. Denisse es excelente anfritiona y siempre esta al pendiente, eso me gusto. El lugar es centrico queda cerca de todo y de fácil acceso. Lo que se ve en las fotos es lo que uno encuentra en el lugar y esta muy limpio. Lo recomiendo al 100% y me quedaria nuevamente.
