The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. The house is located above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and has a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for 200 kr. /pers.

On the upper floor there is a toilet, two bedrooms, a double bed, two generic beds plus a cot, one room you have to walk through to get to the other. The ground floor consists of the entrance bathroom, living room and nice kitchen with exit to a small patio with barbecue grill.
