“Sir Boyet's place is really spacious and homey. There was only the 2 of us and the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home was more than enough. The place was also equipped with beautiful kitchenware and thoughtful touches. Walking in the house made us immediately feel at home. The only thing that new guest might come accross is, the road going to sir Boyets home, which is not the host fault. Since Robinsons is closed (until further notice) the road we took was at the back near the RTR hospital and it was longer than expected but managable. But then again, There is a Puregold grocery before you enter the subdivision so you can buy your personal needs even if Robinsons is closed. Overall, we had a grrat stay, for the price of the home it was really worth every penny. Thanks sir Boyet for hosting us.”
This is located in the heart of the City of Tacloban. It is surely a house next to your own.
“Grace surely lives up to her title as Super Host!!! The space is very nice, lots of touches like a microwave and a toaster. The air con’s in the bedrooms worked perfectly, kept the whole place nice and cool! No one will be disappointed with the apartment or its amenities! Grace had her driver pick me up and drop me off at the airport which is truly a nice touch and convenience! Grace also took us on a tour of Tacloban City during our stay, touring local hot spots along with a stop at MacArthur Park, followed by a lovely dinner at a local resort that included a fire show! Now, about the Super Host Grace... never will you find a kinder, more helpful person on Airbnb. We had a couple of problems while we stayed there for almost 3 weeks (all beyond anyone’s control). The first was Typhoon Ursula, a typhoon that centered directly on Tacloban City. 130-150mph winds, torrential rains, then the eye was over us, and then it all started again in the opposite direction! Thankfully no windows broke in our apartment (which was not the case throughout the city). We did lose electricity for 3 days, but Grace was there. Grace has her building wired with solar power which provides for lights and a fan. When solar ran out, Grace ensured the building had some power with generators. Grace and her girls checked on us repeatedly to ensure our needs were met under the circumstances. Several days after that, I ended up having a medical problem that required emergency room medical care. Grace had one of her girls escort us to a local private hospital emergency room and stay with us the entire time. Grace ensured that ALL of our needs were met, at all times, and throughout ALL circumstances!!!! I arrived with Grace as my host, and truly believe I left with Grace as a friend! I wish her all the best and will definitely stay there again upon my return to Tacloban City!! You won’t find a better Super Host in all of the Philippines or Airbnb!!!!”

“We stayed in Daniel Dexter Place just for a night, the place is near in the airport. We came around 8 or 8:30, we thought of going out after check in to have some dinner but the caretaker said no more open place to eat so we just sleep without dinner. I msg the owner to asked some water so that we can drink our medicines and he immediately replied and the caretaker came with the water bottle. Which is very nice! I asked for a late check out till 1 coz were waiting for our van, he said its okay! 😍 but we checked out at 11:30 coz our Van came earlier. The room is very spacious, clean the toilet as well. The common area are very spacious! I recommend this place, but If you are planning to check in at night better have some foods already before check in.”
