From this spacious accommodation in a quiet residential area, you are in 5 minutes in the Nordpark with its Borussiapark and the Sparkassenpark (Europe's largest hockey stadium). The highway ramp is 2 km away. The connection to Dusseldorf is excellent. The main train station is about 20 minutes away. In addition to the good connection, you are also quickly in the countryside. The surrounding area invites you to take walks and extensive bike tours.

Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

The apartment has a bedroom/living room with kitchen. A private bathroom can be reached via the hallway. There is space for two people in the apartment For short stays, one to two children can sleep on a folding mattress. (Please request first!) The apartment is on the ground floor , the garden can be shared. Animals are allowed upon request only, as there are also two cats and a friendly dog living in the house. Smoking is allowed all year round only on the terrace.

The rooms (38 m²) are on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.
