The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Villa del Mar is based in the prime location of Dubrovnik named St. Jakob. Its very quiet with no noise of the traffic but only 15 minute by walk to the old town and 5 minutes by walk to the beach. The view from the main terrace is exceptional and will take your breath away. On 100 m2 with two bed rooms, living room, fully equipted kitchen, two terrace, big bath room, free street parking , and a big mediteranean garden you will find the write place for your vacation. Old town centar lovely apartment

This is a modern apartment situated in quiet area. It has a private entrance. Buza 2 cocktail bar and swimming point are 50 m away where you can have a drink and enjoy sunset or have a swim and cliff diving. Location of apartment is great. It takes 5 minutes to get to Old port where you can buy tickiet for one day trips to nearby islands. It takes around 10 minutes on foot to get to Banje beach, 5 minutes to entrance of city walls and less then 5 minutes to grocery store, museums, cathedral..
