Es un lugar pequeño, pero bastante cómodo, el anfitrión es muy atento y amable.

The apartment was exactly what I was looking for, very cute. The apartment is on a very busy street which tends to get busy and loud on weekends but nothing we couldn’t handle . The surrounding areas were beautiful and walkable. The only thing wrong was the hot water . There were three of us and the hot water only lasted 5 minutes and had to wait about 1/2 an hour to get another 5 minutes of hot water . Other than that the place was perfect and loved the area . We used Uber to get around and it was perfect . I would definitely book this place again . Mariana was responsive. Loved La Condesa area!!

Acabo de abandonar el depa de JP y ya estamos planeando regresar pronto. La ubicación del depa fue determinante para cumplir todos los destinos que tenía organizado. El precio vs espacio, seguridad, accesibilidad y comodidad es súper razonable. Recomiendo hospedarse en agricultura 39, sin duda, lo sentirán como su hogar en Ciudad de México. The location of this spot is very convenient with restaurants and panderia within walking distance. I loved that the place was fully stocked on everything I of course bring my own travel supplies but if you like to pack lightly that is not problem if you choose to stay here since they have all the toiletries already. only suggestion for future guess: 1. place is kind of hidden/ not easy to locate for the first time so it is best to meet host at the corner store (oxxo) seconds away from the place. Or perhaps host can post picture of their door from the street. 2. make sure to practice turning on the shower water while the host is still there just to make sure you understand how

It is a lovely apartment in a very central location where you can walk to many site seeing places. What I liked the most it’s that the monument is in front and at night the view is amazing. I would recommend staying here.

La ubicación es realmente funcional: se puede llegar a pie a todas partes del centro histórico y hay buenas conexiones de transporte con otros lugares. Natalia's place truly felt like a home away from home, offering a cozy personal space equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terraces next to the Jacaranda trees are amazing. The neighborhood is a hidden gem, secluded from busy areas yet offering plenty to do. The street is peaceful and green, though the noise of the nearby busy road serves as a reminder that you're still in the city.

This place is an absolute gem. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect accommodation during our weeks in Mexico City. The house is situated in the backyard of Mateo‘s and Ana‘s home, everything is decorated with attention to detail and a great sense of style. The house had everything we needed for our stay, which lasted several weeks. The neighborhood (Coyoacán) was our favorite in all of Mexico City as it is safe, has a lot of parks, restaurants and coffee places (and of course the Frida Kahlo Museum) but is not as gentrified as the north. Mateo and Ana are wonderful people and great hosts. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb.

Wonderful stay. Was near lots of restaurants and an ideal spot for the night life. I will definitely be looking forward to staying here again.

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. This was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The host has created a very comfortable and welcoming space perfect for anyone needing a place to rest before an early flight or during a layover. It’s extremely close to the airport (5 minutes max by car), so there’s no stress about traffic or delays. He even provided snacks and drinks, which were much appreciated after our long, late flight. Highly recommend!

El departamento superó mis expectativas, super bien equipado. Si bien el edificio no es tan lindo ni nuevo, como remodelaron el departamento parece otro lugar. El balcon si bien da al pulmon de la manzana, tiene vista bastante abierta y da el sol. Ademas hay una mesita con enchufe y pude trabajar desde ahi. El equipamiento de cocina es super completo: cafetera de filtro, prensa francesa, ollas, sartenes, tostadora, microondas... de todo. Y ademas algo que suma mucho es que tiene filtro de agua potable. Tiene dos baños, tambien super equipados y lavadora y secadora. Es muy tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, por lo cual se puede descansar muy bien. El trato y la atención de Ren fue impecable. Necesite instrucciones con la cafetera y contesto de inmediato, super atento a todo. La zona en si es la zona rosa, no es lo mas top de CDMX pero esta cerca de todo y se puede andar tranquilo. Definitivamente super conforme y lo volvería a elegir! Muchas gracias!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Mexico City's Roma Norte neighborhood. The location is fantastic -- stunning, vibrant, right on a gorgeous plaza, and super convenient. There are amazing restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and great bars all within walking distance or just a short Uber ride away. The apartment itself is stylishly decorated, cozy, and very comfortable -- truly a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Everyone we interacted with during check-in was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only thing to note is that there’s no air-conditioning. There were fans provided, which helped, but it was still a bit warm for us at night. Just something to keep in mind if you prefer sleeping in cooler temperatures. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting CDMX!

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.
