Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bosque de la Primavera

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Catrina. The apartment looks just like the pictures. It had everything that we needed for a 1 week stay. The kitchen was complete and had all the appliances and kitchen utensils that we needed to cook at home. The host was friendly and very responsive to our questions. The apartment had great amenities including a pool and gym. It is a great location close to shops and restaurants on Avenida Chapultepec. That being said, it is in an area that can be a bit noisy at night. However, I will not take away any stars for this. It is just the same as going to any major city like New York or Paris. There will be noise in big cities. Don't let that stop you from staying here. All we did was buy some earplugs at the pharmacy and we slept great. The beds are also very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book it again without hesitation.

El depa es como se describía, solo no recuerdo si dice que una recamara no cuenta con A/C, el resto tal como vienen en las fotos. Todo en orden y limpio, camas cómodas y baños limpios. La ubicación fue muy conveniente, tenía que moverme rápido por la zona de Expo Guadalajara. El equipo siempre estuvo al pendiente y muy amables, el acceso fácil, rente carro y contaba con cajón de estacionamiento dentro del edificio. El depa contaba con un garrafón de agua lleno, siempre se agradece eso!

Ubicado en un lugar tranquilo y seguro incluso para caminar. Lugar limpio y bonito Hay restaurantes y bares cerca, céntrico. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí en nuestro próximo viaje ☺️ Recomendado.

Super cool, clean, and stylish condo in the heart of Centro Zapopan. Just a couple blocks from the Basilica and lots of great options on the block from Tombo Coffee, Taqueria Santa Fe (Featured in a Mark Wiens food video), Sultan Chicharron (If you have been to Monterrey, these are like Chicharron Ramos, famous establishment in Monterrey). Liquor stores, mini markets, and just about everything else you could need in a 2 minute walk. Security mans the main enterance 24/7. Kids loved the pool. And a good view of the 'high rise' area of Zapopan. 3 Full bathrooms is great when traveling with children! Martha was attentive to all questions and needs. Had some additional pool towels delivered quickly for the kiddos! And washer and dryer were great! Would definitely stay here again. And a secret door leads to a event room with a fusbol table. Haha.

La mejor siempre! Nunca he tenido un host de Airbnb tan linda, y el departamento 10/10. Aquí me quedo y me quedaré cada vez que vengo a Guadalajara!

La comunicación desde el principio fue muy buena, siempre pendiente y atento a mis dudas, el departamento tiene una energía muy agradable, es muy cómodo, es muy seguro. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Great place very close to the hospital , I flew in for surgery so the location was perfect only 4 mins away from my hospital. Quiet neighborhood!!

Everything was excellent from the communication with the jessica and the place was awesome.

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia en casa de Claudia, ella y su esposo fueron grandes anfitriones. La casa la recibimos impecable, todo muy limpio, no tengo ninguna queja de nada. Además nos permitieron llevar a nuestros 5 perros y ellos fueron los más felices. MUCHAS GRACIAS.

I landed the day with 8 hours delay, also Diego informed me before I land that there was a power outage due to a rainstorm. He offer to refund me one night, although I didn’t know if I was able to make it to GDL during that time. I made it and book hotel before the power was back on but Diego was nice enough to let me stay for extra day. Very nice host, would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable, a short walking distance from EXCELLENT food options, and the neighborhood is fun to explore. Our hosts were amazing! They made us feel welcomed and generously answered every question we had. We appreciated how easy the check in/out process was. If you're looking to stay in Guadalajara, this is the spot. Had a great stay. The place was private, comfortable, and had great views. Everyone at the reception was super friendly and helpful. Best of all, the location is unbeatable — close to everything from downtown to Andares and Chapultepec. Tons to do nearby. Highly recommend!
