We had a great stay at Craig's Creek! Dayna was very responsive with any questions we had. The home was extremely clean, well stocked and pet friendly! It was rainy during our stay which made our hike at Roaring Run exciting and beautiful as the water was gushing! Overall top notch stay! Thanks!

The home was extremely well equipped with anything you may need. It was extremely clean, quiet, and peaceful. It is a stunning property with beautiful views. Tracy was a great host. Very friendly and proactive with her communication. I would definitely recommend!

Rebecca’s place was a perfect stop for our family of four during our road trip. We were very comfortable and the home was the perfect size for us. She set up the space so thoughtfully with snacks, coffee and tea, and even some food items for breakfast/ quick meals. The air conditioners worked perfectly during the unusually hot weather and she even came to the rescue, drying our clothes for us at the last minute when the dryer in the unit unexpectedly went out. She’s an amazing host!

Beckham is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. His place is exactly what he describes it as- an easy, inexpensive and comfortable place for families traveling with dogs. We have a large dog and the house and yard were perfect for his high energy.

Absolutely love the place, beautiful scenery and overall really nice home. Paul took great care of us and communicated very well. Highly would recommend and look forward to Hopfully staying here again. In terms of value this home is absolutely worth it. Also like to mention the home is very unique, has a ton of stuff to do, and is a great place for any family, friends or overall just to have a great time. Thank you !

We really enjoyed our stay especially watching the deer graze. The place was clean and perfect for our needs. Mr. Bobby is a great host and very responsive. Hope to visit again soon.

Linda's place was the best. extremely comfy beds. Could drive to anything within 5 -10 minutes. Plenty of amenities. Didn't have to leave the house unless you wanted to get your own groceries. Linda supplies it all! Multiple TV's, great Wifi, wonderful instructions, extremely responsive. A beautiful, safe, clean house with gorgeous wooded areas and trails around for a serene and peaceful stay.

This house was great for 4 couples….we each had a nice bedroom and 3 bathrooms. The back porch was nice and large and private. The kitchen had lots of cookware and dishes. We canoed the upper James river and this was very convenient to the livery service. The home is large and welcoming.

This home was set up perfectly for an airbnb. There is a lot of care in making sure you are provided with everything you need. All the beds were super comfortable- which is so important! The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with everything you need. The decor is super homey. If I make it back to the Roanoke area, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything !

A peaceful location with a spacious fenced yard made it the perfect place to stay for our son’s wedding weekend in Bedford.

The treehouse was the perfect little weekend getaway for my husband and I to spend the weekend in the mountains! Nice and secluded so very peaceful, but still within a very reasonable drive of both nearby cities and hiking locations. Veronica was so very helpful with everything we needed and she did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable!

The house perfectly met my family’s needs. We were three generations visiting my daughter who attends college here, and we had plenty of space and privacy. We enjoyed late nights visiting in the living room and spent our mornings having coffee on the back patio. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked.

Overall, I highly recommend staying here as it has beautiful surroundings, is adjacent to the river, and you get a true taste of Virginia. There are also some traditional fixtures in the home which add to the experience, as well as some awesome mounts in the laundry room!

We stayed the night traveling through. The home was extremely clean. Renovated with all new appliances. Bed was very comfy. Excellent host very accommodating. Great location for a couple or small family. Nice porch if you want to sit outside. Reasonable rate and much better than a hotel room, we travel with a dog. My husband left his Apple Watch. Miss Kimberly, mailed it to us, which was very nice of her.

A beautiful home conveniently located to our wedding venue. Lori (hostess) was great at communication and accommodated us with an early check in due to our wedding. Quiet and safe neighborhood and property was just as described.

We had a nice weekend visit. The cottage was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the wood stove (wood supplied) as the nights were unusually chilly in May. I know several reviews complained about the water, but if you let it run for less than a minute, it is perfectly fine, no issues. The area does have a slight mustiness, most likely due to the dampness from all the rain and the beautiful Craig Creek. We loved the views of the creek from the windows; we were not able to fish due to rain and higher water. Our only negative is the area is quite busy with cars, four wheelers, and dirt bikes zipping up and down the road, but by 10 pm the area was quite for the night. Definitely better suited for families with children, but we seniors still had a great time, and enjoyed nice drives through the surrounding countryside, relaxing reading on the porch, and we all slept well on the very comfortable beds and super soft blankets. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Alex’s place. The property is private and there are lots of deer friends who visited in the evenings. The hot tub was great and easy to use.

My fiancé & I stayed here the night before he proposed along the Blue Ridge Parkway, and it was such a magical, comfortable stay with beautiful views & privacy. We loved watching the three frogs in the cute little pond in the evening before spending some long-awaited time in the hot tub surrounded by tons of fireflies and stars. This stay has now become a core memory for us and we will definitely be back!

This is the most amazing cabin and piece of property! My husband and I went for a long weekend and I wish we would have booked an entire week. I definitely want to keep coming back. Check in was super easy and everything about this cabin was top notch and extremely clean. Beautifully decorated, and what a nice touch to have homemade baked treats waiting for us on the kitchen counter. The furnishings are beautiful and such a comfortable bed. The setting of this place can’t be beat. The cabin is built over top of a running creek and we loved just sitting outside by the fire pit and listening to the creek each night. We were truly blown away at how nice the cabin and property are. It’s definitely a slice of paradise!

Very comfortable accommodations for 2 couples to stay at for the holiday weekend while in town for a wedding and would have been just as comfortable if we had 4 couples. Highly recommend staying here if attending a wedding at the Diamond V Farm only 15 minutes away. Had some free time so we walked the gorgeous property & up the country road taking in the views, enjoyed coffee on the covered front porch, breakfast and dinner on the rear deck, watching the cows and wildlife, went to Lexington (cute town), hiked the trail at Natural Bridge, and enjoyed lunch at The Lodge at Peaks of Otter after a walk around the lake up there on Skyline Drive.
