Apartment holiday rentals in Boulder County

It's a really great little place and the description was accurate. As mentioned elsewhere, I had ZERO cell phone service on the property, but the wifi was great. Make sure you know how to text over wifi if needed!

Tom’s place was perfect for us. Clean, cozy, and convenient. And Tom is a very interesting person if you get the chance to converse. It is not the nicest or fanciest Airbnb we have ever stayed in (we have stayed in many), but it is a good value in the Boulder market.

Perfect place to stay while attending a wedding at the Farmette. Listing was exactly as described. Clean and cozy. Would definitely book again the future !

What a lovely place! Cozy, quiet, peaceful. Walkable to the Main Street with a few charming shops and cafes. Easy access to Estes Park and Rocky Mtn Nat’l Park. Jesse & Tim were accommodating and communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Super tidy, cozy, lots of unexpected upgrades, and the bed made for a great night’s sleep. I would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay! The space was clean and well stocked and had everything needed for a comfortable home. The location is excellent! We really enjoyed the walkability around town and to nearby trails.

Great location close to everything. The walk to Pearl St is very walkable and picturesque. The residence is perfect for the two guests and we really enjoyed our stay.

Sara and Svein were incredibly thoughtful in their design and proactive hospitality. Their apartment was even more beautiful than in the pictures and they were so friendly and responsive. We had everything we needed for a picturesque Boulder visit. You are in walking distance of all that central Boulder has to offer and close enough to the West side that you can access trails within a mile. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this if you’re looking for a Boulder get away.

I had a wonderful time staying here—the space was clean and comfortable and Cynthia filled it with so many thoughtful amenities, from snacks to extra toiletries that made me feel right at home. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

This was easily the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed in! We loved sitting on the porch taking in the beautiful mountains. We didn’t want to leave! Jill is a wonderful host and so kind! Loved how much attention to detail she puts into her space. Can’t recommend enough!

Carol's place was perfect for a weekend trip to Boulder. We loved that it was within walking distance of Pearl Street, and the neighborhood was charming. Carol was friendly and gave us a quick tour when we arrived, and afterwards it was easy to come and go using the keypad. The apartment was spacious and had the necessary kitchen items to cook quick meals. We would stay again!

We had a great stay with Nikki! The bed was comfortable and the garden was super peaceful. We went to the restaurant she recommended twice because it was so good (the west side tavern) Although the ceiling was a bit low for my 6”4 fiancé, I would definitely recommend her place!

This apartment was the perfect home away from home for our family of three. It is cozy, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need for a short or longer stay. The location is excellent. Easy commute to Boulder of and other parts of the front range area. The Prospect neighborhood is adorable and so much fun to visit. The apartment is walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, a bakery, bike paths and parks. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town visiting the area. Highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment to stay in. A welcoming, calm space that felt like a home (not a sterile staged AirBnb) with thoughtful touches throughout. It was clean and comfortable, and Kendal was kind enough to leave some snacks. It’s a basement apartment (which I knew going in) so there isn’t a ton of natural light, but the apartment is right next to a park and trails. The bed in the bedroom is squeaky, but the linens and comforter were very cozy. Kendal was a great host and very responsive and kind! Highly recommend her place for anyone looking to stay in North Boulder.

My fiancé and I stayed here with our two doodles. This place was fantastic and just what was described. The hottub was such an added bonus after long hikes. It’s super close to town and even trailheads. We enjoyed our stay so much we can’t wait to go back.

We loved staying at Tyler’s place. Cute room and great hottub which we enjoyed with our toddler. The SMART TV was a great addition after days of camping and hiking. The wifi works well, I used it for video calls & had no issues. There is no service in the area so this was a must. The bathroom and steam shower were a real treat - even our 2 year old enjoyed. We used the Air-fryer as an oven a few times, so the kitchenette served as a full kitchen for us. The only thing we could possibly recommend Tyler do better is offer a few more cooking utensils. As a few other Airbnb’s we have stayed at have complained about us not cleaning before leaving, despite us paying a cleaning fee and them not offering us supplies, we did our best to clean up this place before leaving (cleaned all dishes, gathered dirty towels, wiped surfaces, cleaned Air-Fryer). Hopefully that was satisfactory! Tyler does tell you not to worry about cleaning though, which was a relief. All in all, would recommend! :)

I enjoyed my time there and getting to meet her. She’s a wonderful person and hosted me well.

We had a great stay, the apartment is nice and cosy, the kitchen is well equipped so we could cook some meals. Coffee, tea and snacks were provided, so it instantly felt like home. Michelle always responded very fast and friendly and helped with all questions we had. Downtown can be reached after a nice walk through the neighborhood. Parking was very convenient, just next to the apartment. We definitely recommend her place and would be happy to come back.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is amazing, the view is unreal, and Joan’s hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend it!

Went up to Nederland for some weekend hiking on Father's Day. Base Camp worked wonderfully for this. We had a great experience hiking & relaxing, as well as trying some of the local restaurants. Jack provided a great list of suggestions for both hiking & places to dine that were perfect.

We were so happy with this stay and would absolutely book again. The location is great and feels more secluded than it is. We had a lovely time in this comfortable home.

Loved my stay here, close proximity to Wild Basin entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Nice to have small grocery, wine stores and gas station across the street. Loved the linens, cozy bed and steam shower. Wonderful property.
